Red Cross: How We Spent Hurricane Sandy Money Is a ‘Trade Secret’-Wait...WHAT!

The charity is fighting public records request for information on how it raised and spent money after the superstorm!

Just how badly does the American Red Cross want to keep secret how it raised and spent over $300 million after Hurricane Sandy?
The charity has hired a fancy law firm to fight a public request we filed with New York state, arguing that information about its Sandy activities is a "trade secret."
The Red Cross' "trade secret" argument has persuaded the state to redact some material, though it's not clear yet how much since the documents haven't yet been released.
As we've reported, the Red Cross releases few details about how it spends money after big disasters. That makes it difficult to figure out whether donor dollars are well spent.
The Red Cross did give some information about Sandy spending to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who had been investigating the charity. But the Red Cross declined our request to disclose the details.
So we filed a public records request for the information the Red Cross provided to the attorney general's office.
That's where the law firm Gibson Dunn comes in.
An attorney from the firm's New York office appealed to the attorney general to block disclosure of some of the Sandy information, citing the state Freedom of Information Law's trade secret exemption.
The documents include "internal and proprietary methodology and procedures for fundraising, confidential information about its internal operations, and confidential financial information," wrote Gabrielle Levin of Gibson Dunn in a letter to the attorney general's office.
If those details were disclosed, "the American Red Cross would suffer competitive harm because its competitors would be able to mimic the American Red Cross's business model for an increased competitive advantage," Levin wrote.
The letter doesn't specify who the Red Cross' "competitors" are.
The Red Cross is a public charity and occupies a unique place responding to disasters alongside the federal government.
Among the sections of the documents the Red Cross wanted redacted was "a two-line title" at the top of a page, one line of which was "American Red Cross."
The attorney general's office denied that redaction, writing that it "can not find disclosure of this two line title will cause the Red Cross any economic injury."
Asked about the effort to have Sandy materials kept secret, Red Cross spokeswoman Anne Marie Borrego told ProPublica: "We sought to keep confidential a small part of the letter [sent to the AG] that provided proprietary information important to maintaining our ability to raise funds and fulfill our mission."
Doug White, a nonprofit expert who directs the fundraising management program at Columbia University, said that it's possible for nonprofits to have trade interests — the logo of a university, for example — but it's not clear what a "trade secret" would be in the case of the Red Cross. He called the lawyer's letter an apparent "delaying tactic."
Ben Smilowitz of the Disaster Accountability Project, a watchdog group, said,
"Invoking a 'trade secret' exemption is not something you would expect from an organization that purports to be 'transparent and accountable.'"
In agreeing to withhold some details, the attorney general's office found that portions of the documents the charity wanted to redact "describe business strategies, internal operational procedures and decisions, and the internal deliberations and decision-making processes that affect fundraising and the allocation of donations."
The attorney general's office also found "that this information is proprietary and constitutes trade secrets, and that its disclosure would cause the Red Cross economic injury and put the Red Cross at an economic disadvantage."
Another section the Red Cross wanted redacted was a paragraph that noted the charity's "willingness to meet with the [Office of the Attorney General.]" The attorney general's office denied that part of the request
Borrego, the Red Cross spokeswoman, declined to say how much the charity is paying Gibson Dunn but said, "we do not use funds restricted to Superstorm Sandy to cover those expenses."
We'll let you know when we get the documents we asked for — at least the parts that aren't trade secrets.

IRS Caught in Huge Lie-They Had a Contract With an Email Backup Company!

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) said it can't provide emails sent between 2009 and 2011 that were requested by congressional investigators because of hard drive crashes.
The agency said that emails stored on dead drives were lost forever because its email backup tapes were recycled every six months, and employees were responsible for keeping their own long-term archives.
The IRS had a contract with email backup service vendor Sonasoft starting in 2005, according to FedSpending.org, which lists the contract as being for "automatic data processing services." Sonasoft's motto is "email archiving done right," and the company lists the IRS as a customer.
In 2009, Sonasoft even sent out a Tweet advertising its work for the IRS.
The exact details of the service that Sonasoft provided to the IRS aren't clear. But the company advertises its email archiving solution as "ideal for small and medium businesses, government agencies, school districts, nonprofit organizations using Microsoft’s Exchange Server." And a document posted on its website describing its services says that its system "archives all email content and so reduces the risk of non-compliance with legal, regulatory and other obligations to preserve critical business content."
Sonasoft connection and IRS contract details first noted on Morgenr's Twitter account.

Inflation? Only If You Look At Food, Water, Gas, Electricity And Everything Else

Wheelbarrow of Money
Have you noticed that prices are going up rapidly?  If so, you are certainly not alone.  But Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen, the Obama administration and the mainstream media would have us believe that inflation is completely under control and exactly where it should be.  Perhaps if the highly manipulated numbers that they quote us were real, everything would be fine.  But of course the way that the inflation rate is calculated has been changed more than 20 times since the 1970s, and at this point it bears so little relation to reality that it is essentially meaningless.  Anyone that has to regularly pay for food, water, gas, electricity or anything else knows that inflation is too high.  In fact, if inflation was calculated the same way that it was back in 1980, the inflation rate would be close to 10 percent right now.
But you would never know that listening to Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen.  In the video posted below, you can listen to her telling the media that there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about…
And it is really hard to get too upset with Janet Yellen.
After all, she reminds many people of a sweet little grandmother.
But the reality of the matter is that she is simply not telling us the truth.  Everywhere we look, prices are aggressively moving higher.
Just the other day, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the price index for meat, poultry, fish, and eggs has just soared to a new all-time high.
This is something that I have repeatedly warned would happen.  Just check out this article and this article.
And it isn’t just meat prices that are going up.  One of the largest coffee producers in the entire world just announced that it is going to be raising coffee prices by 9 percent
It took the Fed long enough but finally even it succumbed to the reality of surging food prices when, as we reported previously, it hiked cafeteria prices at ground zero: the cafeteria of the Chicago Fed, stating that “prices continue to rise between 3% and 33%.” So with input costs rising across the board not just for the Fed, but certainly for food manufacturers everywhere, it was only a matter of time before the latter also threw in the towel and followed in the Fed’s footsteps. Which is what happened earlier today when J.M. Smucker Co. said it raised the prices on most of its coffee productsby an average of 9% to reflect higher green-coffee costs.
Not that coffee isn’t expensive enough already.  It absolutely stuns me that some people are willing to pay 3 dollars for a cup of coffee.
I still remember the days when you could get a cup of coffee for 25 cents.
Also, I can’t get over how expensive groceries are becoming these days.  Earlier this month I took my wife over to the grocery store to do some shopping.  We are really ramping up our food storage this summer, and so we grabbed as much stuff on sale as we could find.  When we got our cart to the register, I was expecting the bill to be large, but I didn’t expect it to be over 300 dollars.
And remember, this was just for a single shopping cart and we had consciously tried to grab things that were significantly reduced from regular price.
I almost felt like asking the cashier which organ I should donate to pay the bill.
Sadly, this is just the beginning.  Food prices are eventually going to go much, much higher than this.
Also, you should get ready to pay substantially more for water as well.
According to CNBC, one recent report warned that “your water bill will likely increase” in the coming months…
U.S. water utilities face a critical economic squeeze, according to a new report—and that will likely mean higher prices at the water tap for consumers.
A survey by water-engineering firm Black & Veatch of 368 water utility companies across the country shows that 66 percent of them are not generating enough revenue to cover their costs.
To make up for the financial shortfall, prices for water are heading upward, said Michael Orth, one of the co-authors of the report and senior vice president at Black & Veatch.
“People will have to pay more for water to make up the falling revenues,” he said. “And that’s likely to be more than the rate of inflation.”
Of even greater concern is what is happening to gas prices.
According to Bloomberg, the price of gasoline hasn’t been this high at this time of the year for six years…
Gasoline in the U.S. climbed this week, boosted by a surge in oil, and is expected to reach the highest level for this time of year since 2008.
The pump price averaged $3.686 a gallon yesterday, up 1.2 cents from a week earlier, data posted on the Energy Information Administration’s website late yesterday show. Oil, which accounts for two-thirds of the retail price of gasoline, gained $2.49 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange in the same period and $4.88 in the month ended yesterday.
The jump in crude, driven by concern that the crisis in Iraq will disrupt supplies, may boost pump prices by 10 cents a gallon at a time when they normally drop, according to forecasts including one from the EIA.
And the conflicts in Iraq, Ukraine and elsewhere could potentially send gas prices screaming far higher.
In fact, T. Boone Pickens recently told CNBC that if Baghdad falls to ISIS that the price of a barrel of oil could potentially hit $200.
Of course the big oil companies are not exactly complaining about this.  This week energy stocks are hitting record highs, and further escalation of the conflict in Iraq will probably send them even higher.
Meanwhile, a “bipartisan Senate proposal” (that means both Democrats and Republicans) would raise the gas tax by 12 cents a gallon over the next two years.
Our politicians have such good timing, don’t they?
Ugh.
And our electricity rates are going up too.  The electricity price index just set a brand new record high and there are no signs of relief on the horizon…
The electricity price index and the average price for a kilowatthour (KWH) of electricity both hit records for May, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The average price for a KWH hit 13.6 cents during the month, up about 3.8 percent from 13.1 cents in May 2013.
The seasonally adjusted electricity price index rose from 201.431 in May 2013 to 208.655 in May 2014—an increase of about 3.6 percent.
If our paychecks were increasing at the same rate as inflation, perhaps most families would be able to weather all of this.
Unfortunately, that is not the case at all.
As I wrote about recently, median household income in the U.S. is nowabout 7 percent lower than it was in the year 2000 after adjusting for inflation.
And if realistic inflation numbers were used instead of the government-manipulated ones, it would look a lot worse than that.
Inflation is a hidden tax that all of us pay, and it is systematically eviscerating the middle class.
So what are prices like in your neck of the woods?
Is your family feeling the pain of inflation?

Senator who attacked Doctor Oz over dietary supplements received over $146,000 in campaign contributions from Big Pharma mega-retailer and Monsanto

The pieces of the puzzle are finally coming together on U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill's bizarre attack aimed at Doctor Oz. In a scathing Senate hearing exchange, Sen. McCaskill all but accused Doctor Oz of peddling quack weight loss products -- even though Oz actually runs a very meticulous, science-based operation where dietary supplements are heavily researched before being recommended to the public.

Now Natural News has learned that Sen. McCaskill received over $146,000 in campaign contributions from one of the largest pharmaceutical retailers in North America. According to campaign contribution data published at OpenSecrets.org, prescription drug mega-retailer Express Scripts gave McCaskill over $109,000 in campaign contributions, most of which was routed through lobbyist groups or PACs. (1)

Sen. McCaskill also accepted over $37,000 from Monsanto, widely regarded to be the most evil corporation in the world and an enemy of sustainable food production, heirloom seeds and traditional American farming methods.

Strangely, McCaskill also received over $32,000 from Google, Inc., and another $29,000 from Comcast.

In contrast, Doctor Oz receives no money whatsoever from recommending natural dietary supplements on his show. In fact, he goes out of his way to halt dietary supplement companies from using his name to promote such products.

Oz is the one operating in integrity here, while McCaskill is hiding her financial conflicts of interest. (Is anyone surprised?)

Blatant conflicts of interest kept hidden by Sen. McCaskill

Although these campaign contributions from a major drug retailer clearly present serious conflicts of interest with her line of questioning Doctor Oz, she failed to disclose these conflicts of interest in her conversation. Instead, she intentionally tried to make Doctor Oz look like a "bad guy" for recommending natural weight loss supplements (which he doesn't even sell, by the way) while in truth, McCaskill was merely working to eliminate the competition of her largest campaign contributors.

Natural weight loss supplements directly compete with prescription weight loss drugs, of course. But there's a lot more money to be made in prescription drugs sold by retailers like Express Scripts. McCaskill's attack was designed to intimidate Doctor Oz into halting his recommendations of natural products, thereby strengthening the near-monopoly of drug manufacturers and their lucrative retailing partners.

Now we know the rest of the story the mainstream media isn't reporting. This was never about green coffee bean extracts. Like almost everything else in Washington, it was always about protecting corporate interests at all costs. Even if it means raking an innocent guy over the coals and trying to intimidate him into silence.

Feinstein and Boxer Introduce Bill to Rat Out a Family Member with a Firearm

California Democrat Senators Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer are exploiting the Isla Vista shooting in a new bid to confiscate firearms from American citizens.

The Pause for Safety Act will allow “families and others” to seek a “gun violence prevention order” in court. The order will allow police to confiscate firearms from people who have NOT committed a crime and may not necessarily pose a threat.

Never Ever Use the Word Inflation – EVER!

Last night, I was watching a mainstream media “news” story about inflation. The word inflation was never used. The correspondent discussed every aspect of cost increases and danced a beautiful word-dance, of course with a gigantic, glowing smile but never once addressed the elephant in the room. I explained to my wife that the correspondent is not allowed to use the word inflation as that would send shivers down the spine of the masses. It would also send all the people on a fixed income, like Social Security, to the local office to demand a larger cost of living raise. We can’t have that, better to starve them to death than to tell the truth. The truth was disguised as “smaller packages,” “less product” and every other form of Orwellian double-speak you can think of. Does anyone question what the story is about? Does anyone understand the story is telling you point blank that inflation is running at 10% or higher?
Here is a prime example of the current double-speak that is being spewed by public relations people at the mega food companies only to be parroted by the MSM for mass consumption.
Minute Maid juice boxes had gone from 6.75 ounces to 6 ounces, but the price has stayed at $3.49.

Minute Maid told ABC News in a statement: “We are not immune to adverse impacts on our brands such as increasing commodity, fuel, packaging, and fruit costs. Earlier this year we introduced the 6 oz. package size for our juice boxes. The adjusted size allowed the business to successfully maintain retail prices amidst rising input costs while still providing preferred sizing for the category.” [source]
The example above is describing 12.5% inflation. Imagine what would happen if people actually understood the juice box just went up by 12.5% instead of being described as a decrease. A decrease, smaller, lighter all words that the presstitute media uses to point the mind away from the problem and to the rainbow spewing unicorn dancing into the sunset. Don’t you feel better getting a smaller, lighter box of Monsanto juice for the same cost? What would happen if social security checks were to increase by, just to be conservative, 8% as a cost-of-living raise? What impact would that have on our economy? How would we–the taxpayers–afford it? If we were to raise social security benefits by 8%, that would mean the taxpayers income would plunge by the same amount. Where else would the funding materialize? China is no longer funding our debt, Russia is dumping our debt and Japan, and well they have much bigger issues than purchasing our debt. So, where would the funding come from? I have an idea. MyRA.
The point is, the presstitute media shows images of smaller packages (better), with less product (better) and reduced sizes (better). All trigger words for living a better, healthier lifestyle. The dumb-down society shakes their collective head and agrees, less is better! The real issue is never discussed, and it certainly will never, ever be spoken. I am grateful the Main stream media is at least demonstrating to people the packages are getting smaller, there is a reduction in ounces per package and the price did not go down. What is disgusting is the level of ignorance that our society has reached within my lifetime. It is a sad day when garbage information is accepted as filet mignon and the diner requests seconds.
If you still believe inflation is running at somewhere around 2% as reported over and over by the federal government and espoused by the presstitute media, check the size of the package, check the number of ounces and don’t forget to count the number of servings per container. Where I live, one of the soda bottling companies stopped producing the 24 ounce size bottle. It has been replaced with a 16 ounce for the same price. That represents 33% inflation. What I personally see is a reduction in product by various means and what I am experiencing is inflation running between 8% and 33%. This is not sustainable.
Here’s the happy, rainbow, spewing unicorn video version. Notice the implied smiley face in the freeze frame before the video starts–see the apples making a smiley face? Accident? I don’t think so.

U.S. Government Ties El Salvador USD 277 M Aid Package to Monsanto’s GMO Seeds

U.S. Government Ties El Salvador USD 277 M Aid Package to Monsanto's GMO Seeds
It has come to light that the U.S. government is withholding $277 million in aid money from El Salvador in order to pressure it to accept Monsanto's GM seeds.
The President of the El Salvadoran Center for Appropriate Technologies (CESTA), Ricardo Navarro, has demanded that the U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador, Mari Carmen Aponte, stops pressurizing the Government of El Salvador to buy Monsanto's GM seeds rather than non-GMO seeds from domestic suppliers.
"I would like to tell the U.S. Ambassador to stop pressuring the Government (of El Salvador) to buy 'improved' GM seeds," said Navarro, which is only of benefit to U.S. multinationals and is to the detriment of local seed production, Verdad Digital reported last week.
In recent weeks, the U.S. has been pushing the El Salvadoran Government to sign the second Millennium Challenge Compact. One of the main conditions on the agreement is allegedly for the purchasing of GM seeds from Monsanto.

At the end of 2013 it was announced that without 'specific' economic and environmental policy reforms, the U.S. government would not provide El Salvador with $277 million in aid money through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a U.S. foreign aid agency that was created by the U.S. Congress in January 2004. According to the MCC they "have changed the conversation on how best to deliver 'smart' U.S. foreign assistance by focusing on 'good' policies."
It is now clear that by 'specific reforms' the MCC means reforms that allow GM crops and their associated pesticides to be forced on El Salvador's Government and citizens.
Is it a coincidence that the MCC delayed its initial agreed aid payments following the announcement by the El Salvador Government that they were banning the use of Glyphosate (Roundup) and 52 other dangerous chemicals in September 2013?
Glyphosate (Roundup) herbicide sales are the main money earner for the Biotech industry worldwide and the chemical is also the base of the whole system that allows GM Crops to be grown.
The El Salvadoran Government's ban on Glyphosate came amidst a mysterious kidney disease that is killing thousands of the region's agricultural laborers. Central America's health ministries signed a declaration in March 2013 citing the ailment as a top public health priority and committing to a series of steps to combat its reach, the Center of Public Intergrity revealed.
Over the last two years, the Center for Public Integrity has examined how a rare type of chronic kidney disease (CKDu) is killing thousands of agricultural workers along Central America's Pacific Coast, as well as in Sri Lanka and India. Scientists have yet to definitively uncover the cause of the malady, although emerging evidence points to toxic heavy metals contained in pesticides as a potential culprit.
Sri Lankan scientist Dr Jayasumana recently released a study in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health that proposes a link between Roundup (aka Glyphosate) and CKDu.
"There is a harmful corporation on the planet called Monsanto ...  it is truly disturbing that the U.S. is trying to promote them ..." concluded Navarro, who hopes that the Members of the El Salvadoran Legislative Assembly do not accept any manipulation by the U.S.

Natural News tests flu vaccine for heavy metals, finds 25,000 times higher mercury level than EPA limit for water

Mercury tests conducted on vaccines at the Natural News Forensic Food Lab have revealed a shockingly high level of toxic mercury in an influenza vaccine (flu shot) made by GlaxoSmithKline (lot #9H2GX). Tests conducted via ICP-MS document mercury in the Flulaval vaccine at a shocking 51 parts per million, or over 25,000 times higher than the maximum contaminant level of inorganic mercury in drinking water set by the EPA.(1)

The tests were conducted via ICP-MS using a 4-point mercury calibration curve for accuracy. Even then, the extremely high level of mercury found in this flu shot was higher than anything we've ever tested, including tuna and ocean fish which are known for high mercury contamination.

In fact, the concentration of mercury found in this GSK flu shot was 100 times higher than the highest level of mercury we've ever tested in contaminated fish. And yet vaccines are injected directly into the body, making them many times more toxic than anything ingested orally. As my previous research into foods has already documented, mercury consumed orally is easily blocked by eating common foods like strawberries or peanut butter, both of which bind with and capture about 90% of dietary mercury.

Here are the actual results of what we found in the influenza vaccine from GSK (lot #9H2GX):

Aluminum: 0.4 ppm
Arsenic: zero
Cadmium: zero
Lead: zero
Mercury: 51 ppm

All tests were conducted via calibrated, high-end ICP-MS instrumentation as shown in these lab videos.

Doctors, pharmacists and mainstream media continue to lie about mercury in vaccines

As you take in the scientifically-validated fact that mercury exists at very high concentrations in flu vaccines, keep in mind that most doctors, pharmacists and members of the mainstream media continue to stage an elaborate lie that claims mercury has "already been removed from vaccines."

Never mind the fact that the use of mercury is admitted right on the package containing the vaccine vial. And now, Natural News has scientifically confirmed the mercury content of flu vaccines using high-end laboratory instrumentation. The existence of high mercury in flu shots is irrefutable.

Anyone who claims mercury has been removed from all vaccines is either wildly ignorant or willfully lying. And anyone who would knowingly allow themselves to be injected with mercury is probably already a victim of the kind of brain damage well known to be caused by mercury.

Insert admits "no controlled trials"

Shockingly, the package insert for this flu shot readily admits the vaccine has never been subjected to scientific clinical trials:

"There have been no controlled trials adequately demonstrating a decrease in influenza disease after vaccination with Flulaval," the package insert claims in tiny text (that no one reads).

This is printed right on the insert, yet no one in the mainstream media will ever report this astonishing admission. This statement, all by itself, is a confession that flu shot marketing is a fraud.

Across the board, flu shots are heavily propagandized and promoted with the implication that they have zero risks while offering 100% protection. No one in the mainstream media ever questions this claim even though the package insert openly admits the claim is complete hokum and has never been subjected to scientific scrutiny.

No evidence of safety or effectiveness in pregnant women

But that's not all the insert admits. It also says:

"Safety and effectiveness of Flulaval have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers or children."

And yet everywhere you go in America, there's a Walgreens, CVS or Wal-Mart pharmacy promoting flu shots for pregnant women. Never mind the fact that flu shot safety has never been established in pregnant women, and never mind the obvious fact that you should never inject a pregnant women with mercury in the first place!

Who needs scientific proof when you've got the full propaganda of the media and the government to back you up? Anyone who dares question the scientific validity of flu shot safety for pregnant women is immediately attacked as being an opponent of all vaccines.

Apparently, the only requirement to be accepted by the vaccine community is to believe in medical fairy tales while abandoning all critical thinking and scientific skepticism. In the vaccine industry, genuine science is simply not allowed. No wonder two former Merck virologists filed a False Claims Act with the federal government, accusing the company of knowingly fabricating its vaccine efficacy data to trick the FDA.

Never proven safe or effective in children, either

Flu shots are heavily promoted for children, right alongside mumps and measles vaccines. But it turns out flu shots are never scientifically tested for safety or efficacy in children.

Check out what the insert for this vaccine directly admits:

"Safety and effectiveness of Flulaval in pediatric patients have not been established."

It's right there in black and white... an open admission. Yet flu shots are aggressively marketed to parents and children as if they were Tic-Tacs. The real beauty of the entire vaccine industry scam is that no scientific evidence is required! You don't have to have any proof, all you have to do is believe in vaccines as a matter of faith.

Never tested for cancer risk

Do flu shots cause cancer? The honest, scientific answer is that these shots are never tested for that. As the insert readily admits:

"Flulaval has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility."

Believe it or not, the Flulaval vaccine also warns that no one should be given this shot if they've already received another flu shot at some previous time:

"Do not administer Flulaval to anyone... following previous administration of any influenza vaccine."

And yet, amazingly, people are encouraged to get flu shots year after year, even though the package insert directly warns against anyone taking a series of influenza vaccines.

Admission that flu shots contain formaldehyde and sodium deoxycholate

The same insert that admits this vaccine has never been proven safe in children or pregnant women also openly admits that it contains neurotoxic chemicals.

Per the insert, each dose of Flulaval contains up to 25 mcg of formaldehyde (a neurotoxin) and up to 50 mcg of sodium deoxycholate.

This is on top of the 25 mcg of mercury you'll get in every dose. And remember, this is mercury that's injected directly into your body, so you absorb 100% of this mercury (unlike mercury you eat, where most of it sticks to food fibers and is transported out of your body).

Total admission that flu shots cause seizures, convulsions and Guillian-Barre syndrome

Ever wonder what all these toxic chemicals and heavy metals cause in humans? Flu shots vaccines, it turns out, are already known to cause a huge number of devastating health effects.

Predictably, there is a massive disinfo campaign across the mainstream media, Wikipedia, medical journals and government propaganda agencies (CDC, FDA, etc.) to pretend that flu shots have no risks whatsoever. Yet the insert that comes with the vaccine openly admits the flu shot has been linked with a long, frightening list of serious adverse effects. As this Flulaval insert says (see photo below):

"In addition to reports in clinical trials, the following adverse events have been identified during postapproval use of Flulaval...

vomiting
chest pain
allergic edema of the mouth
anaphylaxis
laryngitis
cullulitis
muscle weakness
arthritis
dizziness
paresthesia
tremor
somnolence
Guillian-Barre syndrome
convulsions / seizures
facial or cranial nerve paralysis
encephalopathy
limb paralysis
insomnia
dyspnea
sweating"

Here's a photo of this section of the package insert, complete with the GlaxoSmithKline toll-free phone number:

If you take flu shots, you are being poisoned by quacks

The upshot of all this is that flu shots utterly lack any scientific evidence of safety of efficacy. We don't know if they work at all, in other words, and neither does the vaccine manufacturer. Neither do the doctors or medical staff who administer them. Flu vaccines are injected into people purely as a matter of blind faith in the very same companies that have already been convicted of felony crimes.

GlaxoSmithKline, for example, not only manufacturers this Flulaval vaccine... the company also committed multiple felony crimes and got caught bribing doctors, ultimately agreeing to pay a multi-billion-dollar criminal settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Trusting a flu shot made by a corporation of felons is a lot like trusting the purity of heroin you buy from a street dealer. Both flu shots and street heroin have at least one thing in common, by the way: neither has ever been tested for safety.

We also know that flu shots contain neurotoxic chemicals and heavy metals in alarming concentrations. This is irrefutable scientific fact. We also know that there is no "safe" form of mercury just like there is no safe form of heroin -- all forms of mercury are highly toxic when injected into the body (ethyl, methyl, organic, inorganic).

The only people who argue with this are those who are already mercury poisoned and thus incapable of rational thought. Mercury damages brain function, you see, which is exactly what causes some people to be tricked into thinking vaccines are safe and effective.

Technically, you'd have to be stupid to believe such a thing, as the vaccine insert directly tells you precisely the opposite.

Share this story, spread the truth

Share this story with everyone who needs to know the truth about flu vaccines. This message needs to get out. Every fact stated in this article is 100% true and verified. The quotes from the Flulaval package insert are on-the-record statements from GlaxoSmithKline.

And for the record, I am not an opponent of the theory of vaccination. What I'm against is the continued use of toxic heavy metals and chemicals in vaccines. I'm also opposed to the wildly fraudulent marketing of vaccines. If any other product were marketed with the same lies and deceptions as vaccines, they would be immediately charged with fraud and misrepresentation by the FTC. But somehow when the vaccine industry commits routine fraud, everybody pretends it isn't happening.

Even with all the marketing fraud taking place, if the vaccine manufacturers would stop poisoning the population with vaccine additives (by removing mercury, formaldehyde and other chemicals from their products), nearly all opposition to vaccines would rapidly disappear.

Honor student charged with 2 felonies for making a volcano as science experiment

Kiera Wilmot
Kiera Wilmot
BARTOW, FL — A 16-year-old girl was arrested and expelled from school after she demonstrating the traditional ‘erupting volcano’ in class as a science experiment.   Even a year later, she is still being haunted by the multiple felonies she was charged with.
Kiera Wilmot’s volcano was designed to demonstrate a chemical reaction simulating a volcanic eruption.  Inside her volcano prop, was an 8-ounce water bottle with some toilet bowl cleaner in it.  When the cleaner is exposed to aluminum, it creates an exothermic chemical reaction.
Her experiment got her in serious trouble on April 29th, 2013.
“When I put the aluminum foil into the bottle, the lid popped off an a little bit of smoke climbed out of the bottle,” Kiera described.
No one was hurt. No damage was caused. No harm was done.
“The principal asked what was going on, and I told him it was just a little science experiment,” Kiera continued.  She was pulled out of class and led to the office by a school resource officer.
“They didn’t read me any rights,” Kiera said to the Huffington Post.  “They arrested me after sitting in the office for a couple minutes. They handcuffed me. It cut my wrist, and really hurt sitting on my hands behind my back.”
She was charged with possession/discharge of a weapon on school grounds, and discharging a destructive device, both felonies.
“She is a good kid,” said Bartow High School principal Ron Pritchard to WTSP. “She has never been in trouble before. Ever.”
Despite the principal conceding that it was obvious that Wilmot meant no harm, she was expelled anyway.   Wilmot was punished to send a message to other students that their zero tolerance policies were to be enforced, whether the situation makes sense or not.  As the school published in a press release:
“Anytime a student makes a bad choice it is disappointing to us. Unfortunately, the incident that occurred at Bartow High School yesterday was a serious breach of conduct. In order to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, we simply must uphold our code of conduct rules. We urge our parents to join us in conveying the message that there are consequences to actions. We will not compromise the safety and security of our students and staff.”
The felonies she faced, if convicted, presented a prospect of years in prison and a jeopardized future.

Although prosecutors eventually declined to pursue Kiera as a criminal, the charges themselves continue to taint Kiera’s record and impede her future success.
“All my charges have been dropped, but the lawyer says that it takes 5 years to clear each felony off the record,” Kiera said.
The Advancement Project is presenting Wilmot’s story as an example of what they call the “School-to-Prison Pipeline.”
Still unclear about how this incident will affect her future, Wilmot wants to be an engineer “building robots that can do tasks like surgeries or driving cars.”

Police give elderly man drug charges after pharmacy issues incorrect prescription

BURLINGTON, WI — Police were asked to retrieve a bottle of pills that hat been incorrectly issued to an elderly patient.  When the 83-year-old man asked that police “sign for” the pills before leaving his home, the officer became violent and threw him to the ground and arrested him on felony charges of drug possession and theft.  His 76-year-old-wife also received a knee to the back as she was arrested and charged with obstructing.

Pharmacy Mishap

The ordeal happened on January 8th, 2013, when Robert Cirpinski, 83, sent his wife Beverly to pick up a prescription for medication used to treat a chronic stomach ailment.
Mr. Cirpinski was under a doctor’s care and had been previously prescribed different pharmaceutical drugs to relieve his symptoms, including hydrocodone for pain.   However, although Cirpinski’s doctor had issued the hydrocodone prescription, he had called the pharmacy to request that it not be filled at that time, while other treatments were being explored.  However, a miscommunication occurred and the pharmacy technicians did not honor the hold on the medication.
When Beverly Cirpinski, 76, was sent to the pharmacy to fill her husband’s prescriptions, she was unaware of the extra bottle that the pharmacists had waiting to be picked up.   The Journal Times detailed what happened next:
“The pain clinic called me and said there’s a prescription over there to be picked up in an hour or so,” he said. “I wasn’t feeling so good so I sent my wife over. I said I only had one prescription. The clerk behind the counter said (to his wife) ‘no, you have two.’ ”
The pharmacy clerk told Beverly Cirpinski the new, non-narcotic cost $6 and the other — for hydrocodone — was $45, he said. But that posed a problem.
The pharmacist “said she’d call the company to see if they could reduce (the hydrocodone’s cost) because my wife only had $30. They reduced it to $23,” Robert Cirpinski explained.
And when his wife came home from the Burlington pharmacy with both prescriptions, “I said ‘that’s not right.’ ” But he staunchly maintains he never opened the hydrocodone bottle.
Beverly says that in order to reduce the price of the bottle, the pharmacist removed 6 pills.   This point would only add to the confusion once the government was involved, aggressively trying to sort it out.

Served and Protected

When the pharmacy supervisors realized that the Do-Not-Fill request was ignored by pharmacy staff, they knew they had a problem on their hands.  The government is rabidly against citizens receiving pain treatment without permission.  The clinic immediately phoned the Cirpinskis as well as the police.
Multiple Burlington Police officers were dispatched to the Cirpinski home to retrieve the mistakenly issued bottle.  They demanded the elderly couple relinquish the bottle.  Mr. Cirpinski felt uncomfortable handing off the bottle without documentation, so he requested that the officer sign a statement that she had received the drugs.
“I said ‘you can have it if you sign for it,’” Mr. Cirpinski recalled, according to the Times.   “Not that you’re not trustworthy, but it’s a drug. He (the police sergeant) said, ‘I don’t sign for anything.’”
Mr. Cirpinski stated that the officer then tried to grab him, but he pulled back.  The officer then “grabbed me and threw me to the floor, put my arms behind my back.”
Mr. Cirpinski said after he was handcuffed, officers “begin to handle” his wife.  She was allegedly thrown down, received a knee to the back, and handcuffed.
Police charged Mr. Cirpinski with felony narcotics possession, theft (of the “missing” pills), and resisting arrest.  Beverly was charged with obstructing police.

Justice Served

Mr. and Mrs. Cirpinski, on top of their health problems, both faced months of legal struggles, and the real potential for going to jail.  Robert’s felony charge could easily send him to prison.  Despite the ridiculousness of the situation, the charges remained in place.
The pharmacy, which seemingly caused this screw-up, refused to comment when requested repeatedly by the Journal Times.
Finally, after about 5 months of stress and legal expense, police finally dropped the charge against Beverly.  However, Robert was not pardoned so easily.
Facing the prospect of enduring a trial and potential imprisonment — which would be physically difficult for him given his medical conditions — he accepted a deal.  He pleaded ‘no contest’ to 2 misdemeanors, so that the felony charge against him would be dropped.  Now the 83-year-old man has a criminal record of theft and resisting police.   A judge ordered him to be placed on legal probation until 2015.
“They dropped the felony charge of the prescription (medication). I’m not supposed to harass the police people,” Cirpinski told The Journal Times. “I guess I can’t do anything for a year.”
Although he avoided jail, the situation still angers Mr. Cirpinski a year later.
“I don’t like that people tell lies about me. It really burns me,” he said.

While it is disturbing that police followed through with the arrests, and prosecutors lacked the integrity to immediately drop all charges against Mr. and Mrs. Cirpinski, the root cause of the problem runs deeper than that.
The injustice stems back to the government’s violent aversion to freedom of choice in medicine.  The fact that the government dispatches armed officers against people suspected of medicating themselves without government permission is an injustice in and of itself.   This common prohibitionist policy presents countless opportunities for government violence against Americans and must be ceased.

SWAT team throws concussion grenade into baby playpen during no-knock raid

CORNELIA, GA — A SWAT crashed through a family’s door in the middle of the night and threw a concussion grenade into a baby’s playpen.   A 19-month-old baby was horribly disfigured when it exploded in his face.
Alecia Phonesavanh and her family were staying at a friend’s house after their home had been lost in a fire.   The makeshift living arrangements left their 19-month-old baby boy sleeping in a playpen in a shared room.  Things were going OK until the local government decided to send paramilitary home invaders to unleash indiscriminate violence upon the home and anyone inside.

The raid took place just before 3:00 a.m. on May 28th.  Without warning, members of the Habersham County Special Response Team burst into the home.

“Everyone’s sleeping. There’s a loud bang and a bright light,” said the baby’s mother to WSBTV.  “The cops threw that grenade in the door without looking first and it landed right in the playpen and exploded on his pillow right in his face.”
The sleeping baby received the blast of the concussion grenade directly in the chest and face.  He received serious, disfiguring burns and is now in a coma.  The blast scorched a 2-foot hole in the playpen.

“He’s in the burn unit. We go up to see him and his whole face is ripped open. He has a big cut on his chest,” Phonesavanh said to WSBTV. “He’s only 19 months old. He didn’t do anything.”
The armed berserkers were raiding the home on a suspicion that someone inside had used substances without government permission.  To make sure that all the wannabe-warriors go home safe at night, they attack their prey in the middle of the night and use incendiary devices to “distract” (and sometimes maim) the occupants.

Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell says this is exactly how he wants his raiders to perform, and has no qualms about performing identical raids on residents in his county in the future.
(Perhaps Terrell should have a concussion grenade land in HIS bed and see how he fairs!)
“The door that we entered was the door that we bought dope out of – that’s why entered at that door,” Terrell said. “Our team went by the book. Given the same scenario, we’ll do the same thing again. I stand behind what our team did.”

“We keep asking ourselves, ‘how did this happen?’,” Terrell callously continued. “No one can answer that – you can’t answer that. You try and do everything right. Bad things can happen. That’s just the world we live in. Bad things happen to good people.”

The casualties of the War on Drugs are not as unavoidable as Sheriff Terrell wants people to believe.  Had the government not violently intervened, the toddler would be OK.  The prohibition against plants and substances poses a far greater threat to Americans than allowing them to have the freedom to purchase and ingest things without government oversight.  So long as state-sanctioned violence is used to prevent people from getting high, so too will the needless bloodshed of innocents.

But don’t expect Prohibition Part II to end while drug warriors like Sheriff Terrell are in charge.  He went on to say that he believes drug crime tantamount to terrorism.

“The person I blame in this whole thing is the person selling the drugs,”  the sheriff continued.  “They don’t care about what it does to families.  It’s domestic terrorism and I think we should treat them as such.

“We hate that this happened,” Terrell said. “This tears our soul out, but we cannot stop standing up and being the thin blue line against those who don’t care about, who want to do the domestic terrorism and sell dope and make the money. We’re still going to stand between them and still do our job – we’ve got to.”
