ZERO U.S. Measles Deaths in 10 Years, but Over 100 Measles Vaccine Deaths Reported

With the measles and measles vaccine debate reaching a near frenzy on the Internet, it is always nice to throw some cold hard facts on the firestorm currently raging in the measles debate.
So here are some easily verifiable facts regarding deaths due to measles in the United States for the past 10 years, and deaths due to measles vaccines during the same 10 year period.
First, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) keeps a weekly tally of disease outbreaks, including deaths. According to a statement made by Dr. Anne Schuchat, the director of CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, in an Associated Press story picked up by Fox News on April 25, 2014:

There have been no measles deaths reported in the U.S. since 2003

The weekly CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Reports (MMWR) since that date have not revealed any measles deaths either.

Death by Measles Vaccines

What about deaths due to the measles vaccine during the same time period?
The U.S. Government keeps a database of reports called The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The database is available to the public, and there is a search portal the public can use at Medalerts.org.
We ran a search for a ten year period for deaths due to all measles vaccines, including a few that are no longer in production. The search result contained 108 deaths over this period, resulting from four different measles vaccines sold in the United States during the past 10 years.


Today, one can only purchase a measles vaccine in combination with the mumps and rubella vaccines (MMR Vaccine).
When searching for just the MMR vaccine during the past 10 years, 96 deaths were reported:


Anybody with a computer and Internet access can search this database by visiting MedAlerts.org.
This database reflects only deaths that were reported during the time frame, and therefore probably reflects a much lower number than actual deaths, since most doctors and health authorities believe vaccines are safe, and would not normally attribute a death to a vaccine and actually report it.

The U.S. Government Settlements on Measles Vaccine Injuries

The other place to find facts regarding injuries and deaths due to the measles vaccine is to look at U.S. Government settlements for MMR vaccine injuries and deaths. The U.S. public is largely unaware that manufacturers of vaccines have been given legal immunity from being prosecuted in civil court for vaccine injuries and deaths, since 1986. If someone is injured or killed by a vaccine, they have to sue the U.S. Government in a special “vaccine court.”
The Department of Justice issues quarterly reports on claims and settlements, and one can search for specific vaccines settlements  at the United States Federal Courts website.
As search here for “measles” returns a result of 111 claims settled for the MMR vaccine since 2004. Some of them are for settlements due to deaths related to the MMR vaccine, as determined by the judge.

We did not click on and read each decision to find out how many resulted in deaths, but if we get a few reports from others who are willing to do so, and the numbers match, we will update this story with the actual death figure.
It takes many years to win a case in this vaccine court, so this probably represents only a tiny fraction of actual injuries and deaths due to the MMR vaccine.

Conclusion: Measles Vaccine Enthusiasim based Largely on Fear and Beliefs

We fully realize that those who believe in the value of vaccines will probably not be persuaded by these facts, which anyone with a computer and Internet access can verify from U.S. Government sources.
Having now published a few stories on the measles issue, and having received many hundreds of comments, it has become very clear to us that those who have strong opinions on the measles vaccine are based more on fear and beliefs, than they are on facts or science. Any attempt by these vaccine proponents to force their beliefs on the rest of the U.S. public should be vigorously opposed.

SF Cops Arrest Public Defender for Refusing to Let Them Interrogate Her Client Without Counsel

San Francisco deputy public defender Jami Tillotson was arrested on Tuesday outside a courtroom in the city's Hall of Justice after officers say she resisted arrest and interfered with a police investigation. Tillotson says she was just doing her job and advising her client of his right not to be questioned without an attorney present.

“This is not Guantanamo Bay. You have an absolute right to have a lawyer with you when you’re questioned. Ms. Tillotson was simply doing her job,” said San Francisco Public Defender Jeff Adachi at a Wednesday press conference cited by SFGate. Adachi launched the presser to express his office’s outrage over Tuesday’s arrest of public defender Jami Tillotson, which was caught on tape in the video.

Tillotson was exiting a courtroom in San Francisco’s Hall of Justice Tuesday afternoon with a client accused of shoplifting and a co-defendant when plainclothes San Francisco Police Department Sergeant Brian Stansbury and four uniformed officers approached and asked Tillotson to step aside so that officers could take photos of her client without her present. Though police on the scene did not explain themselves at the time, they intended to question her client and obtain photos for a lineup in connection with a separate case in which they say her client is a person of interest, which they interpreted as “consensual questioning,” rather than a formal interrogation. The officers felt that, due to the fact that Tillotson’s client had not been arrested on that specific charge, they were entitled to question the suspect without Tillotson present and ordered her to step aside to allow them to take photographs.

USA Today columnist calls for arrest and imprisonment of vaccine skeptics

(NaturalNews) Now we finally come to the real agenda of the vaccine industry. After vaccines have been repeatedly documented by the Natural News Lab to contain neurotoxic chemicals such as mercury, formaldehyde and MSG; after vaccine shots have been repeatedly shown to kill people who take them; and after flu shots have been exhaustively shown to be based on no science whatsoever -- with vaccine manufacturers openly admitting there are no clinical trials to show they even work -- the rabid vaccine pushers are unveiling their end game: throw vaccine resistors in prison.

This is the call by USA Today columnist Alex Berezow. "Parents who do not vaccinate their children should go to jail," he writes in this USA Today column.

And just to be clear, what Berezow means is that parents who do not vaccinated their children no matter how toxic the vaccine ingredients really are should be thrown in prison. There is no exemption being discussed or recommended that would allow parents to object to vaccines because of the neurotoxic chemicals they contain (such as the heavy metal mercury, still found in flu shots given to children in America). There is also no discussion that informed parents might reasonably object to vaccines based on the recent confession of a top CDC whistleblower who reveals how the CDC committed scientific fraud to bury scientific evidence showing a link between vaccines and autism.

But continuing with the imprisonment idea now being touted by USA Today, it begs the practical question: What exactly should happen after the parents are thrown in prison? Well, of course, the state will take custody of the children because they are now parentless.

So the suggestion that parents who seek to protect their children from toxic vaccine ingredients should be thrown in jail is simultaneously a call for the state to seize custody of all children who are not yet vaccinated with Big Pharma's toxic vaccines.

Vaccine skepticism to be criminalized in America?

Let's all be perfectly clear about the crux of this argument published by USA Today. Because police resources in U.S. cities are finite at any given time, Berezow is essentially arguing that law enforcement officers -- who are already spread dangerously thin almost everywhere -- should be diverted from stopping real criminals such as rapists, murderers and child molesters, and instead should fan out across U.S. cities, going door to door to handcuff and arrest vaccine skeptics while demanding Child Protective Services seize their children.

This argument, dutifully printed by the blindly obedient mainstream media, represents the total abandonment of scientific reasoning and the desperate invocation of the very same policies espoused by Mao, Pol Pot, Mussolini and Adolf Hitler: If the People can't be persuaded to do what you want through reason, then force them to do so at gunpoint.

Compliance problem solved!

This is, by definition, the very essence of a medical police state. To find that such a policy is boldly called for in the pages of USA Today demonstrates just how treacherously far we have now ventured into the all-too-familiar territory of the world's past dictatorial regimes which routinely violated human rights in the name of compliance.

And yet this column in USA Today is actually a tremendous victory for vaccine skeptics. There is no greater admission of the failure of vaccine "science" than this call for vaccines to be enforced at gunpoint. It is the wholesale abandonment of any philosophy that might respect human freedom, dignity or choice. Instead, this pronouncement equates intelligent, informed vaccine skeptics with murderers and rapists, implying they should share the same fate, if not the same prison cell.

It is an admission, ultimately, that the vaccine pushers have run out of reasonable ideas and must now resort to force as their last remaining weapon against common sense.

Medical tyranny lives in America

Berezow, like most vaccine promoters, is a medical tyrant. He openly calls for government to use the threat of violence to destroy families, ripping them apart at gunpoint and seizing their children, in order to achieve a level of vaccine compliance that Berezow claims is based on irrefutable evidence of safety and efficacy.

That evidence, of course, is entirely imagined by the vaccine industry itself -- the same industry that includes printed inserts in its own vaccines which openly admit things like, "...there have been no controlled trials adequately demonstrating a decrease in influenza disease after vaccination with FLULAVAL."

As Natural News has exhaustively documented, many vaccine inserts openly admit they don't work. Vaccine virologists working for Merck even went public with detailed admission that Merck faked vaccine clinical trials and committed scientific fraud. Beyond that, all vaccine inserts openly admit to a shockingly long list of side effects which include seizures, skin disorders, neurological problems and more:



To make a broad claim that all vaccines are "safe and effective" is to label yourself hopelessly ignorant of medical reality and utterly unqualified to comment on vaccine safety in the first place. To say "vaccines are universally safe and effective" is as cognitively incompetent as saying, "the Earth is flat" or that mercury is also good for children when it's installed in their teeth. (That's the official position of the American Dental Association, by the way, a chemical-pushing industry front group still hopelessly stuck in the chemical denials of the 1950's.)

And the yet the tremendous appeal of government coercion -- from the point of view of a medical tyrant -- is that it no longer requires consent. This "miracle of compliance" is of course the science method of choice in North Korea, Communist China and the old U.S.S.R. The basis of the idea of coercion is that "people should be free to make their own choices, but only as long as those choices are the ones we demand they make."

When American media outlets begin to print opinion pieces that resemble the logic of Kim Jong-Un, you know something has gone terribly awry.

No one can threaten your safety... except US!

In his USA Today column, Berezow argues that "no person has the right to threaten the safety of his community," yet he personally threatens millions of Americans with arrest and imprisonment in his own column. He alone has the right to make such threats, you see, because his threats of taking away your children and imprisoning you as a parent are conducted under the contrived banner of "science."

His threats don't count as threats in exactly the same way the Obama administration's murder of over 3,000 civilians with drone strikes don't count as civilian casualties, either. Or how the national debt of $18 trillion -- most of it accrued under Obama alone -- doesn't count either because "the federal budget is balanced!" (Hint: it isn't.)

Speaking of civilian casualties, in the name of "science," Berezow obviously wants to see an armed medical Gestapo going house to house, taking children away from parents and turning them over to the state while those parents are incarcerated in a prison system that's already bursting at the seams.

The same government that Berezow hopes would use armed police to enforce vaccine compliance has, of course, already granted absolute legal immunity to vaccine manufacturers. So children who are harmed by vaccines have no legitimate legal recourse.

The obvious catch-22 is damning to the industry: Here, take these vaccines at gunpoint, but if your child is harmed or even killed by these vaccines we've forced upon you, that's your problem, not ours. Even the Associated Press recently conducted an investigation into the kangaroo vaccine court system in the United States and concluded it was a comedy of justice that denied payouts to parents for ten years or more.

This imprisonment argument by Berezow also begs the question: Does Mr. Berezow support government coercion and the threat of violence against the citizens of America solely in the arena of vaccines? Or does he also think government should arrest and imprison people who don't comply with the government's wishes in all other areas, too?

By Berezow's own logic, people who refuse to purchase Obamacare health insurance should also be arrested and imprisoned. Probably even people who write about vaccine dangers should be arrested and imprisoned too, by simply legislating that pesky First Amendment out of existence. And why stop there? Why not arrest and imprison people who refuse to testify against themselves, refuse to quarter government soldiers in their private homes, refuse to submit to illegal searches and seizures or refuse to remain silent in their own defense?

Perhaps one day the government will demand that everybody eat Soylent Green. Those who refuse will not merely be arrested, but scooped up and "processed" into more Soylent Green to force-feed to the obedient, ignorant masses.

USA Today promotes a medical police state

The fact that USA Today would even run a column like this shows the late hour of the medical police state which the American people have apathetically allowed to emerge under their watch. In an era where the U.S. government now openly spies on all our phone calls, emails and phone texts -- and where the Obama administration has prosecuted more truth-telling whistleblowers than any other administration in U.S. history -- the systems of oppression, propaganda and control have reached a tipping point of public revolt.

The mass militarization of local police forces across the country is a screaming red alert that civil liberties are being crushed while the government itself seems to be arming for war against the American people. Local police departments now possess mine-resistant armored cars, automatic military weapons, surveillance drones and even futuristic thermal vision devices that can see through walls. If vaccine skepticism is criminalized, all these weapons of war -- many transferred to police departments after returning from the front lines of battle in the Middle East -- will be turned against citizens who refuse to inject their children with the toxic chemical poisons still found in vaccines.

The next simple step is to declare vaccine skeptics to be "domestic terrorists." From that point, all varieties of government coercion, violence, torture and murder of these people is "ethically justified" according to the vaccine pushers.

Rather than removing the toxic chemicals, the vaccine industry wants to force them on you at gunpoint

Public trust in the government is at an all-time low. Public trust in the lying mainstream media continues to plummet by the day. Public trust in toxic vaccines continues to fall as well, and this trend will never be reversed until the vaccine industry decides to remove toxic heavy metals and chemicals from its vaccines (if ever).

Rather than cleaning up its own products, the vaccine industry turns to people who call for government violence against citizens in order to achieve involuntary compliance.

We've seen these kind of people before, of course. They are the same kind of people who shoved Obamacare down our throats, hitting us all with hefty fines if we refuse to purchase an insurance product that the government totally lied about with claims that it would be "affordable." Remember, "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor?" It's the same kind of malicious lie uttered by vaccine poisoners who claim vaccines are "totally safe and effective."

But in his USA Today column, Berezow ups the ante. He does not merely call for vaccine skeptics to be fined. That financial coercion tactic is apparently too mild for a man who is so sure he's 100% correct that he's willing to bet YOUR family on it. No, Berezow calls for vaccine skeptics to be arrested and imprisoned. If you do not get your children vaccinated, he unabashedly argues, you are an enemy of the state.

He's sure of it. In fact, he knows far better than you what should be injected into your children. You are too stupid to know the right answer, he implies, so leave it to the pharma companies that conduct deadly drug experiments on children to tell you what to do with your own children.

I want to thank Berezow for finally removing all doubt about the true agenda of the vaccine pushers. I'm sure it won't be long before non-vaccinated children and adults will be required by law to wear Scarlet-letter shame symbols much like the Jews in 1939, and at some point people like Berezow will no doubt call for parents who don't vaccinate their children to be rounded up and sent to "re-education camps" where they will be subjected to PowerPoint presentations dreamed up by GlaxoSmithKline, the same company found guilty of felony bribery crimes by the U.S. Dept. of Justice.

Medical freedom was almost written into the U.S. Constitution

Berezow has done us a service in all this, however. He has made the argument for a national "medical freedom" amendment to the United States Constitution.

It is because of tyrant-minded people like Berezow that America's founders created a First Amendment, Second Amendment, Third Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment and so on. All of these Constitutional amendments grew out of systematic government abuses of civil liberties and human freedoms.

Interestingly, a "medical freedom" amendment was also considered at the time by Dr. Benjamin Rush, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Over 230 years ago, he warned:

"Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship to restrict the art of healing to one class of Men and deny equal privileges to others; the Constitution of the Republic should make a Special privilege for medical freedoms as well as religious freedom."

Dr. Rush, in other words, foresaw precisely the kind of medical tyranny now published by USA Today. "Medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship" is exactly what we've seen happen. That dictatorship, argues Berezow, should be enforced at gunpoint by the government itself. This is the definition of fascism: a corporate-government partnership to force obedience onto the population through coercion dished out under the threat of violence and incarceration.

USA Today should be ashamed that it has published a medical dictatorship propaganda piece that would have made Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels proud.

When the facts don't support the agenda, turn to government guns instead

The call to imprison vaccine resistors is an open admission that the SCIENCE behind vaccines isn't compelling and must therefore be replaced with GUNS.

How else will you arrest people, take their children away and imprison them unless you bring men with guns and badges to the "guilty" households, anyway? Where junk science fails, government guns are clearly the answer. And if guns alone don't work, they always have tanks, too.

In essence, the argument being made in the USA Today column is that guns should be used to force vaccine compliance. It's not even a leap, as guns in the hands of government goons are already being used to force children into toxic chemotherapy treatments against their will.

Why stop at vaccines? Why not threaten to arrest anyone who disagrees with a doctor on anything?

If total medical compliance -- at any cost to human freedom and dignity -- is the goal, then why not launch a whole new domestic army called D.M.S.; the Department of Medical Security. Declare that all who oppose Big Pharma's medical advice are "threats to national security" and ship them all to Gitmo where the U.S. government continues to run torture operations.

Once you start down the road of medical tyranny, it doesn't end well for humanity. Just ask the victims of the Nazi chemical conglomerate IG Farben, which was later split into chemical corporations, one of which is now known as Bayer. Under the guidance of the "science" of Nazi Germany, heinous chemical crimes were committed against countless Jews, including gassing them to death and using Jewish prisoners for medical experiments.

The former chairperson of Bayer, for the record, was convicted of Nazi war crimes at the Nuremburg tribunals and sentenced to prison. Today, pharma executives routinely commit felony crimes yet go free, even while USA Today calls for parents to be imprisoned for saying no to Big Pharma's deadly chemicals.

No doubt the vaccine promoters of today who demand the arrest and imprisonment of American vaccine resisters would also approve of using those prisoners for their medical experiments. This is history in the making, and it is a history that will march us all right down the road of state-sponsored medical terrorism that's openly supported by the mainstream media.

Some people learn from the mistakes of history. But Berezow is determined to repeat them.

Was the Introduction of the Measles Vaccine Responsible for Wiping Out Measles?......Seems NOT!

Vaccines cause sudden death - Document hidden by Big Pharma for two years proves It!

(NaturalNews) An Italian court has unearthed a formerly classified document that proves vaccines cause death, and that vaccine companies don't want you to know this. As published on the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) website, a 1,271-page report by British drug firm GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) reveals that certain combination vaccines administered to children are known to cause sudden death, but the company chose to obscure and conceal this in official safety reports.

The document deals specifically with the Infanrix Hexa vaccine (combined diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, hepatitis B, inactivated poliomyelitis and haemophilus influenza type B) made by GSK, as well as the Prevenar 13 vaccine by Pfizer and several other vaccines. It explains that, contrary to the skewed data presented by GSK suggesting that dozens of sudden death cases following vaccination were not linked to Infanrix Hexa, the same data broken down by time of occurrence reveals that the vaccine was, in fact, directly linked to the deaths.

The devil is in the details, as they say, and in this case GSK masked these details by clumping together the majority of the deaths that occurred within 10 days following vaccination with the select few that occurred after 10 days. By doing this, the drug giant made it appear as though sudden deaths were spread out over a much longer period than they actually were, which it claimed served as evidence that the vaccine was not the cause of sudden death.

Table 36 in the GlaxoSmithKline Biological Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance report to Regulatory Authority shows that nearly all of the 67 reported deaths following Infanrix Hexa administration occurred within the first 10 days. Only two of these reported deaths occurred after 10 days, and yet GSK reported them all together as transpiring sporadically across the entire 20-day period, insinuating that they were merely coincidental.

"[I]f one analyses the data looking at deaths in [the] first 10 days after administration of vaccine and compares it to the deaths in the next 10 days, it is clear that 97% of deaths (65 deaths) in the infants below 1 year, occur in the first 10 days and 3% (2 deaths) occur in the next 10 days," explains Child Health Safety. "Similarly in children older than 1 year, 87.5% [of] deaths (7 deaths) occurred in the first 10 days and 12.5% (1 death) occurred in the next 10 days."

90% of deaths occurred within five days of vaccination

An even closer look at the data tables, which GSK deliberately withheld from public view, reveals an even more shocking fact -- the vast majority of sudden deaths actually occurred within five days of Infanrix Hexa administration, which further implicates the vaccine. A shocking 90% of the deaths, 60 of them, occurred within five days of the shot being given. And 75% of the deaths occurred within three days of the shot.

"The clustering of deaths around the time of vaccination demonstrates a link between the vaccination and the sudden deaths," adds Child Safety First. "It indicates this is not by chance as otherwise the deaths would be spread across the entire 20 days. Rather than showing the total deaths each day, GlaxoSmithKline disguised the clustering of deaths around vaccination."

This is all quite revealing -- the stuff of lawsuits, no doubt, with which GSK is more than familiar. As you may recall, GSK is the same drug company that was fined $3 billion for promoting antidepressant drugs for off-label uses. The case has since been dubbed the largest health fraud settlement in U.S. history, which says a whole lot about the integrity of this company.

Should GSK ever be found guilty of deliberately withholding critical safety data that, while it probably would have cut into the company's bottom line to make it public, may have saved children from early death, it could potentially make history again as earning the title of the most shamefully greedy and profiteering corporation in the world (next to Monsanto, of course).

If drug and vaccine companies are really about helping people, why don't they develop treatments for disease rather than vaccines?

One of the biggest problems with blanket vaccination programs that seek to inject all children against communicable diseases that may or may not ever even emerge is that the weakest children always end up suffering -- or dying. A better approach, at least from a humanitarian perspective, would be to develop effective treatments for these diseases so that children who contract them are the only ones being treated, rather than preemptively "treating" everyone, both healthy and sick, with vaccines.

This would be the expected and proper approach if Western medicine really was all about preventing disease spread and promoting public health. But the sad truth is that public health is not the priority -- profits are the priority (and depending upon whom you talk to, so is eugenics). Vaccines are a complete guessing game, because nobody can ever really know how an individual will react to being injected.

"[N]o effective treatments for basic well-known longstanding childhood diseases have been developed," explains Child Health Safety. "That is a scandal in the scientific 21st Century. If there were effective treatments vaccines would not be needed."

And it is precisely because vaccines would become obsolete that the drug and vaccine industries continue to play medicine rather than actually produce medicine. Vaccines, as we recently covered, are a major source of income for the drug industry, which now gets paid by the government (taxpayers) for so-called "emergency" vaccines, many of which it never even ends up manufacturing.

600 strains of an aerosolized thought control vaccine already tested on humans; deployed via air, food and water

(NaturalNews) According to the document you're about to see, for the last eight years, government scientists have actively engineered viral vaccines designed to alter thoughts and beliefs by infecting the brain and suppressing genetic expression of neurological cells. Dispersal of these vaccines has been tested via high-altitude aerosolized sprays, highway vehicles, the water supply and even the food system.

As you'll see in the document and video below, the vaccine was intended from the start to be deployed against civilian populations, and 600 strains of infectious viruses were tested on human subjects. Using aerosolized stealth vaccines as tools of behavioral control and mind alteration

This YouTube video, described as a "leaked Pentagon video," features a Bill Gates-sounding scientist explaining in cold, calculating language how engineered vaccines can "eliminate behavior" that's considered undesirable by the government.

Starting at the 3:00 mark, you can hear this scientist explaining how a vaccine can "turn a fanatic into a normal person." A normal person, of course, means a person who is obedient to government authority.

Here's a transcript of the presentation:

Scientist: And that would have the effect which is to essentially turn a fanatic into a normal person...

Audience: How would you suggest that this is going to be dispersed? Via aerosol?

Scientist: The present plan and the tests that we've done so far have used respiratory viruses such as flu or rhinoviruses, and we believe that's a satisfactory way to get the exposure of the largest part of the population... and we're quite confident this would be a very successful approach.

Audience: What's the name of this proposal?

Scientist: The name is FUNVAX, the vaccine for religious fundamentalism. The proposal has just been submitted, and I think the data that I have shown you today would support the development of this project and we think it has great promise.

Designed to infect brain cells and alter beliefs and behavior

This document at WantToKnow.info appears to explain the design and intent of the virus in a summary entitled, "Quarterly FunVax Review."

The document says:

The objective of this phase of project ID 149AZ2 is to prepare a viral vector that will inhibit / decrease the expression of VMAT2 within a human population.

...the design allows the virus to infect the respiratory track where cytolytic infection occurs and then subsequent diffusion across the blood barrier to infect brain cells.

The document goes on to say that there will be "coordination between the research, clinical and manufacturing groups" taking place in 2007. This clearly spells out intent to take this project from the research phase to manufacturing and deployment.

You may wonder, therefore, against whom these weaponized mind control vaccines might be deployed, right? The answer is YOU.

Dispersal via air, water supply, highway vehicles and insects

According to the document linked above, the dispersal of the brain-modifying viral vaccine was tested in six different ways:

Six methods of ... virus dispersal were tested - high altitude release, water supply release, insect transmission, diffusion by a ground level object such as a car, diffusion from a stationary object such as a bottle, and infection of food supply such as cattle or produce.

As you take in the paragraph you just read, consider that now, nearly eight years later, we are witnessing the release of genetically engineered mosquitoes combined with outbreaks of bizarre neurological conditions across U.S. schoolchildren and mysterious health conditions all over the world.

The "high-altitude release" of this mind-altering viral vaccine has no doubt already been achieved through the aerosolized spraying of cities in crisscross patterns of aerosolized dispersal at altitude, often labeled as "chemtrails."

Suicide genes, field testing and future experiments

The same document cited above goes on to summarize a research group meeting that apparently took place on March 21st, 2007, in which the following topics were discussed:

• Dispersal methods
• Testing efficiency in the field
• Inhibitors that may target a specific population
• Monkey knockdown progress
• Future experiments

Other directives in the document say things like:

"All 600 strains of VSV should be retested on human subjects..."

"Future experiments of VSV287 should allow the subject to breath in the virus rather than being injected with it."

"The use of FunVax could see an immediate effect within the target zones... the results of mass inoculation should be proportionate to the rate of infection. Behavioral indicators ... decrease in armed resistance... increase in communications that express discontent with religion or God."

Fully intended to be deployed against civilian populations

It's clear from the document that this mind-altering, brain-infecting vaccine was intended from the start to be deployed against civilian populations. In fact, the document discusses plans for covertly taking biological samples from dead civilians in order to determine the effectiveness of the aerosolized dispersal effort:

... a blood sample of militant casualties or deceased civilian would provide the most accurate estimate of the rate of vaccination... biological samples from living subjects may be covertly taken... the tests that should be repeated using the VSV287 are high atmospheric tests...

An airborne virus would be the preferred route of infection. A strain named VSV287 has been designed to spread via air... Only human trials can determine VSV287's effect on religiosity and spirituality... high atmospheric dispersal or dispersal by a ground level moving object appears to be the most practical.

The government has a history of using aircraft to disperse vaccines

The air-dropping of vaccines onto large populations isn't new, by the way. As I reported here on Natural News in 2012, the Texas government air-dropped 1.8 million rabies vaccines onto wild animal populations as part of a government-run scheme to vaccinate wildlife.

Yes, even wild coyotes and rabbits are not safe from the vaccine zealots. No animal on the planet is considered "safe" by health authorities unless it is first infected with a virus or two.

The Dept. of Defense plan is far more elaborate, however, using aerosolized dispersal with high-altitude aircraft or even dumping viral vaccines into the water supplies of large cities. Such an action would be considered an act of domestic terrorism if you or I did it, of course, but when the government proposes it, suddenly it's okay.

Has a mind-altering vaccine already been released over U.S. cities?

All this brings up the obvious question: Has this mind-altering vaccine already been deployed over U.S. cities? It's a legitimate question because the high-altitude deployment of this vaccine against civilian populations was clearly the intent of the program.

You can be more powerful than the government

While serving on a jury, you have complete authority over the law and can stop government.

Historically there have been four “boxes” from which citizens may attempt to influence the actions of the government:
1) The Ballot Box
2) The Cartridge Box
3) The Soap Box
4) The Jury Box
The majority of Americans are probably most familiar with the “ballot box” from voting in elections for government officials. Unfortunately, voting does not usually curb government powers. Your vote is never much more than a blind trust of mere men who have their own motivations which may run contrary to our constitutional republic.
This country was founded through the “cartridge box,” but this too is not an ideal way to influence change at this day and time.
The third option, the “soap box,” manifests itself as this very newsletter article which allows me to tell you about the absolute, most effective way that you, the American citizen, can presently influence our government: the jury box.
The Constitution’s Last Line of Defense

The juror’s power of the verdict grants him complete authority over the law and thus the ability to keep the government bound to the limits of the Constitution. The juror can simply stop the enforcement of unconstitutional laws in two ways:
1) As a grand juror, you may refuse the government’s request to pursue criminal charges against the accused.
2) As a trial juror, you can acquit the defendant who is charged with breaking an unconstitutional law.
Either way, the juror has the power to say “no,” thus having an immediate and direct effect on our government.
The Constitution is intended to limit government powers and in turn the jury is intended to enforce the Constitution. The government cannot act unconstitutionally without the juror’s consent. The juror’s duty demands that he restrain the government from persecuting the innocent under laws which should not exist.
As a juror, your job is to defend the Constitution by considering the law in question in addition to the facts of the case. If the law is unconstitutional, the juror must deny the government’s request to punish the defendant.
Although our Founding Fathers secured our freedom from the British Empire through the “cartridge box,” their sacrifices allow us to continue defending our liberties without bloodshed in the court room. The lasting fight for freedom is within the hands of the jury.
The Jury’s Independence From the State

Unfortunately, in the past century, judges and prosecutors have misled juries into believing that they should only examine the facts of the case and not the law. By not considering that the law in question may violate the Constitution, juries have turned into mere extensions of the state. Trial by jury has perverted into trial by tyranny. Jurors unaware of their independence and power have allowed the government to shred the Constitution and erode our rights.
Jurors, however, must act independently of the state. A jury is meant to serve as third-party arbitration between the accused and the government. In order to do so, a juror must use his own independent judgment which is not influenced by the bias of the court.
The juror never sought his seat within the jury box. His duty does not bring public popularity or personal gain. He is chosen completely at random and represents no one but himself.
On the contrary, the judges and prosecutors are government employees that sought their positions through political campaigns in their zeal for power and prestige.

The Lone Juror Against Lawless Mob Rule
One juror can veto the entire jury from granting the government the unconstitutional go-ahead to charge or convict the accused. This power of the individual stems from the founding of our country as a constitutional republic of common-law rather than as a democratic mob rule of men.
Majorities in our country as a whole do not have the authority to act on a whim against the rights of the minority. The lone juror’s dissent truly denies the majority the ability to enforce unconstitutional laws.

When watching a sports game, would you bet on who’s going to lose?

That’s essentially what “short-sellers” do: they bet that a stock, sector or broader benchmark will fall in price. (“Long investors” bet that prices will rise.)

Natural gas in the US is a curious creature. Unlike oil, it is not a globally traded commodity. North American production is landlocked, with practically no LNG export possibilities at this time, though big dreams are in place to make that happen, and many billions of other people’s dollars have been sunk into these dreams.

Gas exports via pipeline to Mexico have been growing as additional pipeline capacity went into service over the last two years. Mexico is switching power generation from its own oil to cheap US natural gas. This allows it to export its more valuable oil to the US. But building gas-fired generating capacity is a slow process, and these exports to Mexico are relatively minor in the overall scheme of things.
The US also exports natural gas to Canada. But it imports more from Canada than it exports to Canada and Mexico combined. Hence overall, the US remains a net importer of natural gas.
So the rest of the world has no impact on the price of natural gas in the US. There were times when LNG sold for eight times more in Japan than it traded for on the NYMEX. This cordoned-off market is a favorite playground for the Big Money because it’s relatively easy to push it one way or the other to one’s liking.
And natural gas is a near-term bet on the weather, except when it’s not. So everyone is prodding their weather gurus to predict the temperature over the next few days and weeks: if the next cold-wave would be big enough to jack up demand for heating purposes, or if the next heatwave would force power generators to burn through vast quantities of gas so that folks can max out their air conditioners.
Head fakes, unexpected plunges when it should rise, inexplicable rises when it should plunge, and whiplash-inducing but otherwise mysterious turnarounds are normal. And once every few years, there is a panic that can last for weeks or months, whipping up dizzying spikes.
But over the last seven weeks, the forces have combined, and shorts have piled in as others have bailed out in desperation, and the price plunged, though this is the time of the year when natural gas normally rises, and often by a lot, due to heating demand. But a few warmer days early in the winter and surging production were the signal to go short, and short they went. Over the last seven weeks, they pushed down the price by 40%.
But it must have been one of the most crowded trades around. And Thursday is coming up…
Every Thursday – except during holiday weeks when it may fall on a different day – a potentially heart-attack inducing event happens: the EIA releases the weekly inventory report. It can be a big market mover. And especially after the recent plunge, it seems the shorts, all stepping on each other in this immensely crowded trade, didn’t want to go into this together, hand in hand, and jointly jump off the cliff. So they jumped individually ahead of time, while they still could, and it created an epic short squeeze.
On Monday afternoon, in electronic trading on the NYMEX, natural gas traded at $2.80 per million Btu. At the time, the Wall Street Journal observed, “Natural Gas Drops to Two-Year Low as Forecast Warms Up.”
But Tuesday morning at 10 AM, after some ups and downs overnight, it bounced off $2.83/mmBtu, and the Big Squeeze started. It hit $2.95 by 2 PM and more or less maintained that level through much of the night. By 5:30 AM today, it breached the $3.00 level and then began its stupefying ascent, plowing higher and eating shorts as it went, and they were trying to get out from under their bets as fast as they could. Now as I’m writing this after-hours, it just ticked up to $3.33/mmBtu.
This is the two-day journey from $2.80 to $3.33, a phenomenal jump of 18.9%:

And here is our miracle commodity over the past six months in daily increments. Given the last two days, Natty has done great so far this year, up nearly 18%. But even the monster move of the last two days only brought the price back where it was on December 22, a time during which it was in freefall. Note how fast and far it plunged since November 20:

And here is a 12-month chart in weekly increments. It depicts the polar-vortex-induced ramp-up last winter, and the brutal plunge that followed.

Whatever oil is going to do – and it too made shorts nervous today, but it jumped “only” 5.9% – US natural gas is going down its own path for its own reasons. Neither OPEC nor Russia nor slowing growth in China matter. What matters are the nerves of the traders, or more importantly the programming of the algos, along with weather, demand, production, storage, and a million other things, all in the US. And for those who trade it, it promises a lot of premature gray hairs.

San Diego Sheriff’s Dept. Is Trying to Arrest People Before They Commit Major Crimes

Three dozen sheriff’s officers and Metropolitan Transit System security officers board the trolley as it pulls into Lemon Grove station. They go car to car, person to person, checking that everyone paid a fare.
If you don’t have one, you’re asked to step off the train for more questioning. In the next few hours, they’ll write a bunch of citations, but the Sheriff’s Department isn’t actually concerned with $2.50 fares.
Its four-month “Operation Lemon Drop” was really about targeting a handful of the county’s 1,175 ex-inmates released from prison under realignment without parole or probation requirements— “the worst of the worst,” as Commander Dave Myers calls them.

The department combs available information to determine which ex-inmates are “prolific offenders” and sets up dragnets in public places they might pass through, like the Lemon Grove trolley station.
It’s an example of intelligence-led policing — analyzing data to direct police resources — but it’s also a major part of the county’s response to realignment, the 2011 law that shifted the burden of incarcerating low-level felons from the state to counties.
The idea is to identify people likely to commit serious crimes, and create an opportunity to arrest them for something else before that happens.
“Let’s say I’m a gangster who likes to steal cars and I’ve done armed robberies before, but on this day I’m just in possession of meth,” Myers said. “I’m going to use that against them. I’m going to arrest them, go after them and use their vulnerability because I know they’re a drug user or something, and I’ve probably prevented another robbery, another stolen car or something like that. That’s kind of the basic formula.”
But the effort to track and target people who’ve been released from jail raises concerns in concept and in practice. There’s the creepy “Minority Report”-esque “pre-crime” element. Plus, Operation Lemon Drop’s final numbers show that only 1 percent of people contacted by law enforcement were ultimately arrested, including some for misdemeanors.

U.S. Media Blackout: Italian Courts Rule Vaccines Cause Autism

On September 23, 2014, an Italian court in Milan award compensation to a boy for vaccine-induced autism. (See the Italian document here.) A childhood vaccine against six childhood diseases caused the boy’s permanent autism and brain damage.
While the Italian press has devoted considerable attention to this decision and its public health implications, the U.S. press has been silent.

Italy’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

Like the U.S., Italy has a national vaccine injury compensation program to give some financial support to those people who are injured by compulsory and recommended vaccinations. The Italian infant plaintiff received three doses of GlaxoSmithKline’s Infanrix Hexa, a hexavalent vaccine administered in the first year of life. These doses occurred from March to October 2006. The vaccine is to protect children from polio, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, pertussis and Haemophilus influenza type B. In addition to these antigens, however, the vaccine then contained thimerosal, the mercury-containing preservative, aluminum, an adjuvant, as well as other toxic ingredients. The child regressed into autism shortly after receiving the three doses.
When the parents presented their claim for compensation first to the Ministry of Health, as they were required to do, the Ministry rejected it. Therefore, the family sued the Ministry in a court of general jurisdiction, an option which does not exist in the same form in the U.S.

Court Decision: Mercury and Aluminum in Vaccine Caused Autism

Based on expert medical testimony, the court concluded that the child more likely than not suffered autism and brain damage because of the neurotoxic mercury, aluminum and his particular susceptibility from a genetic mutation. The Court also noted that Infanrix Hexa contained thimerosal, now banned in Italy because of its neurotoxicity, “in concentrations greatly exceeding the maximum recommended levels for infants weighing only a few kilograms.”
Presiding Judge Nicola Di Leo considered another piece of damning evidence: a 1271-page confidential GlaxoSmithKline report (now available on the Internet). This industry document provided ample evidence of adverse events from the vaccine, including five known cases of autism resulting from the vaccine’s administration during its clinical trials (see table at page 626, excerpt below).

Italian Government, Not Vaccine Maker, Pays for Vaccine Damages

As in many other developed countries, government, not industry, compensates families in the event of vaccine injury. Thus GSK’s apparent lack of concern for the vaccine’s adverse effects is notable and perhaps not surprising.
In the final assessment, the report states that:

“[t]he benefit/risk profile of Infanrix hexa continues to be favourable,” despite GSK’s acknowledgement that the vaccine causes side effects including “anaemia haemolytic autoimmune,thrombocytopenia, thrombocytopenic purpura, autoimmune thrombocytopenia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, haemolytic anemia, cyanosis, injection site nodule, abcess and injection site abscess, Kawasaki’s disease, important neurological events (including encephalitis and encephalopathy), Henoch-Schonlein purpura, petechiae, purpura, haematochezia, allergic reactions (including anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions),” and death (see page 9).

The Milan decision is sober, informed and well-reasoned. The Ministry of Health has stated that it has appealed the Court’s decision, but that appeal will likely take several years, and its outcome is uncertain.

Rimini: 2012 – Italian Court Rules MMR Vaccine Caused Autism

Two years earlier, on May 23, 2012, Judge Lucio Ardigo of an Italian court in Rimini presided over a similar judgment, finding that a different vaccine, the Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine (MMR), had caused a child’s autism. As in the Milan case, the Ministry of Health’s compensation program had denied compensation to the family, yet after a presentation of medical evidence, a court granted compensation. There, too, the Italian press covered the story; the U.S. press did not.
In that case, a 15-month old boy received his MMR vaccine on March 26, 2004. He then immediately developed bowel and eating problems and received an autism diagnosis with cognitive delay within a year. The court found that the boy had “been damaged by irreversible complications due to vaccination (with trivalent MMR).” The decision flew in the face of the conventional mainstream medical wisdom that an MMR-autism link has been “debunked.”

Italian Court Decisions Break New Ground in Debate Over Vaccines and Autism

Both these Italian court decisions break new ground in the roiling debate over vaccines and autism. These courts, like all courts, are intended to function as impartial, unbiased decision makers.

The courts’ decisions are striking because they not only find a vaccine-autism causal link, but they also overrule the decisions of Italy’s Ministry of Health. And taken together, the court decisions found that both the MMR and a hexavalent thimerosal- and aluminum-containing vaccine can trigger autism.

Italian Court Rulings Contradict Special U.S. Vaccine Court

These court decisions flatly contradict the decisions from the so-called U.S. vaccine court, the Court of Federal Claim’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. There, from 2007 to 2010, in the Omnibus Autism Proceeding, three decision makers, called Special Masters, found that vaccines did not cause autism in any of the six test cases, and one Special Master even went so far as to compare the theory of vaccine-induced autism to Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland.
The Italian court decisions contrast starkly with these U.S. cases based on similar claims.
