In 2008, F.B.I. whistleblower Ted Gunderson warned of a “tax-payer
funded, genocidal purge” conducted by an “illegal, government-criminal
enterprise” funded by “black budget” programs and powerful individuals.
These individuals, as now targeted mainstream journalist Vic Livingston
reported, retained the ability to “red-line” innocent individuals by
community-policing units designed to vilify and harass “terrorists” in a
post-9-11 world.
However, as now blacklisted scientist Robin Webster reveals, many of
these individuals are innocent and have been arbitrarily classified as
“social undesirables” by vengeful or otherwise criminal yet influential
entities…In addition, Webster, Livingston, Gunderson, and a host of
others suggest the ongoing use of America’s Radio-Frequency Directed
Energy (R.F.D.E.) system to further isolate and “break the will” of
often once successful individuals.
The R.F.D.E. System, a component of euphemistically termed
“non-lethal weaponry,” can produce varied biological effects, including
remotely delivered “shocks” (via maser-guided plasma from microwave
plasma generators, one of the earlier ones being developed by Russel
Targ of the Stanford Research Institute in the 1970s), the microwave
auditory effect (this sensation of “hearing voices” was first induced by
Allen Frey in the 1960s via radio wave stimulation of nervous systems),
Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control (R.H.I.C.: a capability for
precision-control of a human being first developed by the Central
Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) in the mid-20th century and analogized by
C.I.A.-employed Dr. Jose Delgado’s infamous stopping of a raging,
implanted bull via the push of a button), and various forms of E.E.G.
Heterodyning or mixing (“mind-melding”) of human brain waves (this
capability, exposed by U.S. Department of Defense Whistle-blower Robert
Duncan and others, can induce powerful, strange emotional experiences
and is attested to by Duke University’s recent [in February 2013]
“mind-melding” of rats from different countries over the internet via
implanted electrodes that resulted in the rats initiating similar
behaviors. Many, including Duncan and Gunderson, have claimed, as well,
that these technological advances are being randomly tested on
innocent, unwitting, and non-political American citizens (see
attorney/activist Cheryl Walsh’s June 2012 article in the Essex Review
attached to this document).
Here, you may consider that our laws are simply too “conservative” to
keep up with these covert scientific advances in psycho-tronics and
terrifying scales of human depravity; yet, I urge you to consider U.N.
and European resolutions calling for a ban on these “potential weapons
of mass destruction,” U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich’s unsuccessful
2001 Space Preservation Act that called for a similar ban on
“electromagnetic radiation” (EMR) weaponry, Michigan’s anti-EMR law
against electronic harassment (distinctive of cyber-harassment and
concerning the aforementioned biological effects) established in 2004,
similar laws in Maine & Massachussetts, and Missouri State
Representative Jim Guest’s letter (attached to this letter) to Congress
demanding an investigation of these horrific crimes for which Nazi
scientists and soldiers were hung at Nuremberg trials shortly after
World War II.
Let’s not forget, of course, laws against nonconsensual implantation
in the states of Nevada, Wisconsin, and California prompted in part by
the success of James Walbert’s 2008 lawsuit against his business partner
for nonconsensual implantation.
