David, you twit! The banks are the biggest impediment to the recovery! Humans lived just fine without banks for hundreds of thousands of years, and the early United States proved that a nation without a private central bank would be more prosperous than a nation crippled by one. Indeed the only reason we are worried about a recovery at all is the inflation/recession cycle that inevitably results when a private central bank issues the public currency at interest. Had it not been for the excesses of the bankers, there would be no need for a recovery at all!
