Newt Gingrich shows his incompetence by insisting, "there is no Supreme Court in the Constitution!"

Oh Really! Article III, Section 1, United States Constitution reads: "The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Is this someone YOU would vote for?
