Obama Administration And United Nations Attempt To Save Mexican National Who Raped And Murdered 16 Year Old

The Obama Administration has stepped into a Texas death penalty case involving a Mexican National who raped and murdered a 16 year old girl.

The rational for attempting to save a rapist from death is that it doesn’t fall into line with a United Nations Treaty.

The U.N. high commissioner for human rights has also asked Texas Governor Rick Perry to put a stay on the execution.
