North American Union Beginning To Integrate Canada Into The Fold
Much has been made about the secretive nature and lack of transparency surrounding efforts by the U.S. and Canada to create a North American security perimeter. With several high-level meetings in the last month, not to mention all the behind the scenes negotiations, it is expected that an action plan will be unveiled at some point in September. From a U.S. perspective, it is security which is driving the agenda, while on the Canadian side, facilitating trade and easing the flow of goods across the border is the focal point. Any deal reached will build off of past initiatives and be used to advance economic, energy and security integration between the two countries...
This is Unbelievable-Won't We EVER say Enough-Get The Tar and Feathers?
Congress Giving Millions of Foreclosed Homes To Wall Street Slumlords
Great news, everybody: After deliberately failing to help millions of American families stuck in vulture mortgages, the U.S. government is now giving those foreclosed homes to Wall Street for pennies on the dollar so that Wall Street can then rent the now-vacant foreclosures back to the same people pushed out during the Wall Street-caused housing bubble collapse. Wall Street stands to make an immense profit by becoming, overnight, the “largest improved real-estate owners in the world.” Who says capitalism doesn’t work, with a little help from the government by taking away the property of the working class and giving it to billionaires who pay no taxes?
Oklahoma ABLE Commission Proven To Be As Obnoxious And Superfluous As They Conduct Armed Raid On Food Vendors
OKLAHOMA CITY – With vendors and food lovers referring to the heavy-handed sweep of an outdoor food event in MidTown Oklahoma City as being like a “SWAT team” raid, The Oklahoman has followed up on their earlier story by showing how sloppy, obnoxious and unapologetic Oklahoma’s ABLE Commission is.
Like a Sovietized Gestapo sweeping out of the blue, guns at the ready, to shut down a family-fun event, ABLE, along with the Oklahoma City/County Health Department and Oklahoma City code enforcement agents and more, proved to moms and dads with kids in strollers just how tough they are by ruining everybody’s fun.
Yeah, food trucks like the one operated by the popular Big Truck Tacos, need to be shut down because “it didn’t have the right license posted,” according to The Oklahoman....

New Study Links Pesticide Exposure to Prostate Cancer
A new study finds that older men living in California’s Central Valley are more likely to develop prostate cancer if they were exposed to certain agricultural pesticides than those who were not exposed. The study examines exposure via drift rather than occupational exposure, although similar results have been noted in farmworker populations. Exposure to methyl bromide or various organochlorine pesticides increased the risk of cancer by about one and a half times.....

Quote De Jour
"Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of leaders…and millions have been killed because of this obedience…Our problem is that people are obedient allover the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves… (and) the grand thieves are running the country. That’s our problem." — Howard Zinn

Chart De Jour
The Fed surprised the market by extending its policy of 0 to 0.25% Fed funds rate to mid-2013. The way the Fed manages to drive rates lower is to buy Treasuries with newly created money – driving the price up and the rates down. The big question is whether the policy will have a sizeable effect on markets. The chart below shows the historical jump in the Fed’s combined policy tools that were used to lower rates and bail out financial institutions through a variety of programs. These include the big purchase of mortgage-backed securities (MBS) called QE1 and the large purchase of Treasuries called QE2....

The Inexplicable War on Lemonade Stands
Those children and their evil lemonade stands with evil real lemons are a danger to the profits of giant corporations who make genuine lemon-flavored chemicals to sell to us all! If we all start buying real lemonade with real lemons from real children, the terrorists will win!
I’m beginning to think that there’s a nation-wide government conspiracy against either lemonade or children, because these lemonade stand shutdowns seem to be getting more and more common. If you set up a stand for your kids, just be prepared for a visit from the cops...

14 Stories Lamestream Media Now Admit Are True
How many times have you heard the mainstream media dismiss certain points of view as "conspiracy theories"? It seems as though one of the easiest ways to brush something off is to label it as something that only "conspiracy theorists" would believe. Well, you know what? A whole lot of the time the "conspiracy theorists" are right and the mainstream media is wrong. In fact, we owe a great debt to "conspiracy theorists" because they will go places and investigate things that the mainstream media would never even touch.

Gibson Guitar Raided By The Wood Cops....with GUNS!
"This is the World Banks forest, the World Banks trees, and the World Banks deer!" GOT THAT!
Federal agents swooped in on Gibson Guitar Wednesday, raiding factories and offices in Memphis and Nashville, seizing several pallets of wood, electronic files and guitars. The Feds are keeping mum, but in a statement yesterday Gibson's chairman and CEO, Henry Juszkiewicz, defended his company's manufacturing policies, accusing the Justice Department of bullying the company. "The wood the government seized Wednesday is from a Forest Stewardship Council certified supplier," he said, suggesting the Feds are using the aggressive enforcement of overly broad laws to make the company cry uncle.

The Alabama Press Register has gathered photos, video, and oil samples that BP and the Coast Guard are lying about oil leaking from the Deepwater Horizon Macondo well.
A new huge oil slick has been found at the site of the BP Gulf Oil Spill well. BP and the Coast Guard responded to those reports as baseless, asserting there was absolutely no merit to claims that the Macondo well was leaking again or that there was even an oil slick at the site of well. Why do they LIE to us????

Funny Lesson De Jour
The English language has some wonderfully anthropomorphic collective nouns for the various groups of animals.
We are all familiar with a Herd of cows, a Flock of chickens, a School of fish and a Gaggle of geese.
However, less widely known is a Pride of lions, a Murder of crows (as well as their cousins the rooks and ravens), an Exaltation of doves and, presumably because they look so wise, a Parliament of owls.
Now consider a group of Baboons. They are the loudest, most dangerous, most obnoxious, most viciously aggressive and least intelligent of all primates. And what is the proper collective noun for a group of baboons?

BUSTED AGAIN!: INCREDIBLE FAKE MASS MEDIA FOOTAGE: BBC Shows “Green Square, Libya” FROM INDIA!
Remember "Wag The Dog?" This is FLAG The Dog!
This is for those who still trust lamestream media
This is for those who still trust lamestream media
At about 50 seconds into the video below, you see the supposed Libyan National Transitional Council celebrating in the Green Square, and waving flags!
Here is a single frame
Note the flag they are waving, with the light colored center? That is the flag of INDIA! (And the people in the crowd look Indian!
THIS is the flag of the National Transitional Council, recognized by the US as the "legitimate" government of Libya (even though they are not elected).

It looks like BBC couldn't find any celebrating Libyans, so they used an old shot of celebrating Indians and bet that we were too stupid to notice, just like they bet we were too stupid to notice when BBC reported the collapse of World Trade Center building 7 before it actually happened!
Caught red-handed - Washington tried to snatch $1.5 billion from Libya to pay its NTC employees
In plain English, the United States informed the Sanctions Committee of its intention to help itself to $ 1.5 billion, of which one-third would be earmarked for their own humanitarian services (USAID ...), another third would go to their own multinationals (Exxon, Halliburton etc..), and the rest would be given to the TFM, a LIEM office, which happens to be an informal body created by Washington and endorsed by the Contact Group to administer Libya [2].
Washington said that it expected to have the tacit approval of the Sanctions Committee within five days after receipt of the letter.

Thought De Jour
"Few trends could so thoroughly undermine the very foundations of our free society as the acceptance by corporate officials of a social responsibility other than to make as much money for their stockholders as possible." - Neo-liberal economist Milton Friedman in his 1962 book Capitalism and Freedom (Public Citizen's Health Research newsletter, December 1999, p12)
US Government Asset Seizures On The Rise
In the United States, there are hundreds of regulations which authorize dozens federal agencies to confiscate private property– homes, cars, bank accounts, gold, company shares, and even personal effects. Ironically, most Americans still think that they live in a country where you’re innocent until proven guilty. Nothing could be further from the truth...
The Fifth Amendment states that “No person shall be… deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” Tell that James Lieto, a New York businessman who was relieved of $392,000 when the armored car company used by his check-cashing firm was taken down by the FBI.
Lieto was innocent and not implicated in any wrongdoing, but the FBI took his money regardless as it just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Greedy Soulless (Bankster Protected) Corporations Asking for Huge Tax Break - Refuse to Say How Many Jobs They Create Overseas
Some of the country’s best-known multinational corporations closely guard a number they don’t want anyone to know: the breakdown between their jobs here and abroad.
So secretive are these companies that they hand the figure over to government statisticians on the condition that officials will release only an aggregate number. The latest data show that multinationals cut 2.9 million jobs in the United States and added 2.4 million overseas between 2000 and 2009.

Tased From Above! New Robot Copter To Begin Patrolling Our Skies
Hey! Didn't we see these in the "Terminator" movies?
If being tased from above sounds frightening to you, I suggest you cease all criminal activities now ( like selling lemonade...maybe simply staying indoors is an option). There’s a good chance ShadowHawk’s spine tingling buzz could be heard approaching a city near you. As a sign of new law enforcement tactics to come, the Sheriff’s Office of Montgomery County, Texas was recently awarded a grant by the Department of Homeland Security for a squadron of ShadowHawks.
Forget the idea that weaponized unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are only for military operations in wars fought in far off lands. Soon they’ll begin setting their sights on criminals within our borders. And they’ll be packing heat, not the long-range missiles of the X-47B, but with up close and personal stun guns, 12-gauge shotguns and, believe it or not, grenade launchers.
The ShadowHawk is the seven-foot, 50-lb copter that is the toy-sized dealer of destruction from Texas-based Vanguard Defense Industries.

See The Propaganda at work
As the lamestream media is ablaze with reports that the Libyan rebels are set to take Tripoli from Gaddafi, it is important to remember that these rebels are NOT freedom fighters, rather they are CIA run, Al Qaeda connected murderers.
This so called liberation of Libya is the EXACT opposite of what the corporate media is actually reporting.
NATO and the Libyan rebels have killed thousands of civilians while at the same time the corporate controlled media pretends we are fighting for human rights. No wonder the rest of the world laughs at stupid Americans that believe this....

So far, all I see on the corporate media are tight shots of 30-40 people supposedly celebrating Qaddafi's fall. This isn't a revolution, it is a conquest, and the propaganda crowds look exactly like the staged crowd scenes which accompanied the conquest of Iraq.
Top five ingredients to avoid in deodorant
Deodorant is an essential toiletry that most Americans have in their medicine cabinet today. Many are still unaware of the hidden dangers in the active ingredients of modern day deodorant. They continue to use these potentially hazardous chemicals on their underarms as a way of reducing perspiration and odor.
The primary ingredient used in most antiperspirants is aluminum. Aluminum is a metal, which is used in antiperspirants to help block the sweat from escaping the pores. Aluminum has been linked to breast cancer in women and has also been linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer's disease.
Several studies have shown a link between increasing antiperspirant use and rising rates of female breast cancer and prostate cancer in men. However, the FDA has not committed to classifying it as a carcinogen. Their position remains one of "wait and see" as more definitive studies are released.
Parabens are a family of synthetic preservatives that are often found in deodorants as well. In fact, parabens are contained in an alarming amount of our body care products. A random sampling of 100 human urine specimens performed by the CDC showed that all 100 contained parabens. This demonstrates the high absorption rate of chemicals we place on our skin.
The largest concern is that the absorption of these chemicals will disrupt our delicate hormonal balance. This can lead to things like early puberty in children and an increased risk of hormonal cancers. Paraben exposure has also been linked to birth defects and organ toxicity.
Propylene glycol is another common ingredient that is used in antiperspirants and deodorants. This is a petroleum based material that is used to soften cosmetic products due to its slick consistency. It is a cheap way to make skin care products more easily applicable to the skin.
The argument that propylene glycol is safe in small amounts has been questioned by consumer safety advocates. In large quantities, studies have shown that it can cause damage to the central nervous system, liver and heart.
This chemical is even found in many of the processed foods we eat today. Logical thought follows that decreasing our exposure to propylene glycol is the prudent thing to do. It is for this reason that using skin care products that are propylene glycol free is becoming popular in health conscious circles.
Phthalates are another class of chemicals that are often used in deodorants and antiperspirants that you may want to avoid. Phthalates are used in cosmetics, synthetic fragrances, plastics, body care products and medical goods. They help to dissolve other ingredients and to create a better consistency.
The problem with phthalates is that they have been linked to a variety of health issues. High phthalate blood and urine levels in women of child bearing age have been linked to a higher risk of birth defects. This suggests that phthalates may disrupt hormone receptors as well as increase the likelihood of cell mutation.
Triclosan is another common ingredient included in commercial deodorants. It is utilized as the odor killing part of antiperspirants for its anti-bacterial properties. It is also commonly used in antibacterial soaps, hand wipes and gels.
Triclosan is actually classified as a pesticide by the FDA. It is also classified as a probable carcinogen by the Environmental Protection Agency. This classification has prompted some companies to remove it from their products. However, it still can be found as an ingredient in some formulas.

BP's Gusher May Be Gushing Again. If So, It Cannot Be Stopped.
At the time BP finally capped the Macondo Well in the Gulf of Mexico, there were concerns that the process had damaged the seafloor. That fear is now materializing. BP's Gulf Gusher may be spewing again—and if so, there is no way to stop it. It will continue until seafloor pressure and oil pressure have been equalized, which may take decades.
BP is aware. They've hired 40 fishing boats to string boom around the Deepwater Horizon site.
BP, of course, denies it. They claim to have sent several remote-controlled mini submersibles and concluded that the leak could not have come from their well. However, a United State Coast Guard undersea inspection at the site of the Macondo Well found that it was, indeed, leaking. They say that they have video footage of it. BP says it wasn't oil—it was silt.....

Economic End Times - Are You Ready
Despite a deepening global depression, establishment economists are in denial. On June 9, the Wall Street Journal said those surveyed expected slow, steady growth through 2011, despite high US unemployment, a housing depression, European sovereign debt in crisis, and the unreported insolvency of major French, German, Italian and other banks.
On June 8, testifying before the House Budget Committee, Fed chairman Bernanke fantasized about 3.5% US growth through 2011, stopping just short of ruling out the possibility of recession he called “unlikely.” In fact the economy is shrinking but data manipulation would have us believe it is growing!
Remember 2007, when equity and housing bubbles peaked, neither he or Greenspan expressed alarm and in fact said it was just a "blip," destroying their credibility in the process.
Meanwhile Lamestream media pundents are in fact sanguine, calling America’s economy strong, attributing negative views to a crisis of confidence, not hard reality....is anyone left who believes that?
In fact practically every major variable is negative... even with heavily manipulated data We are past the tipping point and the bankers and fat cats are milking the last wealth from the stock market.
What to do? BE PREPARED!

As The Police State Deepens: Police Say They Can Detain Photographers If Their Photographs Have 'No Apparent Esthetic Value'
Apparently the police in Long Beach, California, have a policy that says if a police officer determines that a photographer is taking photos of something with "no apparent esthetic value," they can detain them. This revelation came after photographer Sander Roscoe Wolff was taking the following photo:
The police officer somehow determined that there couldn't be esthetic value there, and thus, the photographer had to be detained and checked out. The police are defending this policy, saying that while officers don't have any specific training in what qualifies as "apparent esthetic value," they will stop anyone photographing things they don't consider to be something a "regular tourist" would photograph.

THE SEVEN STAGES OF AN EMPIRES COLLAPSE
Every Empire lives through seven economic stages, and then it falls. It is as predictable as the cycle of days of the week or that the moon follows the sun. Dmitry Orlov mapped the fall of the USSR and found that it applies to any and all.
The seven stages of collapse are:
Stage 1: The Empire has ‘good money’ (backed by gold and/or silver) and wealth.
Stage 2: Social programs develop.
Stage 3: Massive military build up and warfare becomes commonplace. (World War 1, Vietnam, Napoleonic etc.)
Stage 4: Expenses increase so taxes go up.
Stage 5: To pay for these expenses, the government begins to take the wealth of its people by stealth through either debasement of its currency and/or the creation of fiat currency. What it can’t raise by taxes, it borrows.
Stage 6: A loss of faith in government and currency occurs.
Stage 7: An end mass-movement out of the fiat currency into precious metals, causing end of paper currency and inflation.
It is probably fair to assume that we are in the latter parts of Stage 6. There is not much time left before we enter into Stage 7.....

On August 15th, 40 years ago, President Nixon announced the end of the Gold Standard and the end of the Bretton Woods international monetary system.....Giving the IMF/UN/World Bank The biggest victory they ever had...Almost EVERYTHING he says is a TOTAL lie!
Our Apple Juice Is From China & Laced With Arsenic
Did you know that most of our imported fruit juices, mainly apple, come from China? Sometimes juice companies like Mott’s and Nestle’s Juicy-Juice will have the countries of origin (including China) stamped or listed on the back of the packages. Even Veryfine brand claims to be an American classic, using Washington apples…from China.....how is that possible?
Conventional apple juice drinkers have unknowingly consumed 55 parts per billion arsenic levels for years even though the EPA limits arsenic levels in drinking water at only 10 parts per billion. China uses arsenic-based pesticides in farming, and hasn’t gotten the whole food safety thing down yet.

Cancer Research For 10 Yrs Useless and Fraud, Says Mayo Clinic
JAMA’s editor calls fraudulent medical research a ‘scar on the moral body of science’. But it’s really just part of an entire system of fraud in medicine.Medical science is rampant with fraud. At the Mayo Clinic, ten years of research that appeared to be leading towards harnessing the immune system to fight cancer is worthless because of fraudulent studies and later research based on the fraudulent ones.
Retraction of medical research papers is at an all-time high. Though error was cited at a 3 to 1 rate over fraud, one must seriously question whether simple error is the primary reason. After all, these studies are peer-reviewed. They are supposed to have passed rigorous examination. But, what’s the reality?
Of course, as Gaia Health readers have seen over and over, the reality is that flaws in much of medical research are blatant. Often, merely examining a study, instead of taking it at face value, demonstrates that the conclusions are not supported by the evidence.

Complete Course in Food and Population Control as a Weapon -- Somalia -- Famine For Profit And The East African Food Crisis
Few parts of the world aptly fit the description of hell better than Somalia’s crumbling capital city, Mogadishu; a nation ravaged by imperialism, domestic instability and economic sabotage from foreign forces. Parades of malnourished Africans queuing up to receive rations are trumpeted in thirty-second news pieces on most mainstream media outlets, of which offer embarrassingly insubstantial examples of journalism with little explanation for such images of unparalleled inequality, past the effects of droughts, while never missing the opportunity to highlight the threat of al-Qaeda...

Thought De Jour
It's easy to look back and realize what a tyrant Hitler was. But at the time, Hitler looked pretty good to the world, with the help of the media. He was TIME Magazine's Man Of The Year in 1938. Stalin was TIME Man Of The Year for 1939 and 1942. The lesson is that it isn't easy to spot a genocidal tyrant when you live with one, especially one whom the press supports and promotes. Tyrants become obvious only when looking back, after what they have done becomes known......Can you name a few today?

Illinois Shutting Down Artisan Ice Cream Makers for Crime of Using Fresh Fruit
What, you say? How can this be? Health officials in this state are known for being overzealous when it comes to making sure that small, independent businesses follow obscure rules – and when I say small and independent, I’m talking about businesses that are often owned and run by 1-2 people renting space in a shared, licensed commercial kitchen. These are not corporations with large amounts of money who have the capital to hire lawyers or contribute significant sums to political campaigns. No, these are real people, individuals who do their best to follow labyrinthine food regulations based on the information that they’re given by governmental agencies who don’t always agree on what the rules should be.
Illinois health regulators seem to hate anything that isn’t incredibly processed. Last year, they destroyed thousands of dollars worth of local fruit that had no health issues. Why? Monica Eng from the Chicago Tribune put it this way: “At best it was a victim of paper work confusion among city bureaucrats who couldn’t agree on a policy.” One woman was put out of business for six months.

Agreement between Canada and the U.S. relating to Weather Modification Activites
Canada and the US signed a UN Treaty (there is one of those pesky treaty's again that supersede the Constitution) to exchange info on harp and chemtrails back in 1975....In part this reads:
Article I. As used in this Agreement:
(a) "Weather modification activities", means activities performed with the in
tention of producing artificial changes in the composition, behaviour, or dynamics
of the atmosphere;
(o) "Weather modification activities of mutual interest" means weather
modification activities carried out in or over the territory of a Party within 200 miles
of the international boundary; or such activities wherever conducted, which, in the
judgment of a Party, may significantly affect the composition, behaviour, or dynamics of the atmosphere over the territory of the other Party;

REASONS TO SUSPECT PPT RIGGING OF Yesterdays DAY'S MARKET
The stick graph at the very bottom shows trading volume during the day, which starts high shoving the stock market up, then as the market hits a plateau the volume drops off! Right at the Fed Announcement volume picks up briefly as the sell orders hit, then note that volume jumps back up again just ahead of the second rise in the market prices! These new buy orders, almost matching the volume the day started with, are driving the DOW increase. The stock market is being rigged using supply-demand market forces, rather than earnings and dividends. "Someone" with access to unlimited financial resources is gaming the system.....hmmmm...I wonder who that is.....Can you guess?
The Execution Of SEAL Team Six
On May 5th, I had an email conversation with a retired military man with spook contacts. All were in total agreement that the Bin Laden episode was pure theater. The SEALS were sent into a compound as evidenced by the lost chopper on site. But Osama Bin Laden wasn’t in that compound. Osama Bin Laden has been dead for years. Bin Laden had a genetic condition that caused renal failure (this genetic condition is common among deeply inbred Saudi arab muslims). Bin Laden had been on dialysis BEFORE 9/11. Dialysis is difficult enough for people in first world countries who can have it done in outstanding facilities. Bin Laden was having it done either in caves or in homes post 9/11. People in renal failure having dialysis done in fricking caves do NOT live for ten more years. Period. There was no dialysis equipment found in the compound the SEALS raided on May 2. Of course there wasn’t. Bin Laden wasn’t in that compound because Bin Laden has been dead for years.
This is why the “body” was declared “positively identified” faster than any known DNA testing process in existence – and this DNA testing was carried out not in a lab mind you, but inside Chinook and/or V-22 Osprey helos en route to the USS Carl Vinson. The body was then dumped into the Indian Ocean in a mad dash to ensure that “burial” took place within 24 hours of death in order to “honor” muslim burial traditions. Not a single picture of the so-called “Bin Laden corpse” has ever been released – and never will.

Aug 09 17:18 ABC News Suggests Eating Out of a Dumpster as Viable Alternative to "Spending"
Laid off? Can't find a job? Can't buy gas and feed the family too? Not to worry Lamestream ABC has the answer....Just Dumpster dive!
Freeganism, which popped up in the early 90s, rejects the idea of overspending as a "national addiction," according to New York City freeganist, Madline Nelson. The movement goes beyond veganism's rejection of animal products and bucks consumerism for sustainability. It has spread worldwide, with Freeganist websites in French, Norwegian and Portuguese.
Freeganists practice dumpster diving for food, composting and recycling. They also walk or bike instead of driving, "squat" in abandoned buildings, eat local and "work less," according to the freegan.info website.

Why Is the Stock Market Plunging?
Bubble, Bubble, Bubble
For some reason, people still cling to the vague hope that...'at least if we wait long enough'... the market always goes up, and "buy and hold" is a great strategy. Let's look at a long-term chart of the S&P 500:
Does the above chart really look like the US stock market is in store for smooth sailing? Just about everyone except Chicago School economists now recognizes, after the fact, that the United States obviously went through a tech and dot-com bubble in the late 1990s and then a housing bubble a few years later. Is it really so difficult to understand that trillions in government budget deficits over the past few years, coupled with unprecedented inflation by the central bank, have set the economy up for yet another crash? For some reason, people still cling to the vague hope that...'at least if we wait long enough'... the market always goes up, and "buy and hold" is a great strategy. Let's look at a long-term chart of the S&P 500:
No matter how many pundits and famous economists declare otherwise, Bernanke did not save the day with his interventions. He has simply postponed the day of reckoning yet again, and we can expect the final crisis to be much worse than the mere collapse of a few major investment banks. (The short documentary Overdose makes the case in a chilling fashion. If you really want to know see it here )

USPS posts $3.1 billion loss in Q3, warns of default
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Postal Service posted a net loss of $3.1 billion in its third quarter and warned again it would default on payments to the federal government if Congress did not step in.
Total mail volume for the quarter that ended June 30 fell to 39.8 billion pieces, a 2.6 percent drop from the same period a year earlier, as consumers turn to email and pay bills online.
