What If An American Court Gave An Important Ruling, But We Were Not Allowed To Know What It Was?

I thought only Fascism and Communism ruled by Secret Courts with Secret Rulings.....What are these secret rulings....prison....toucher......death? I guess we will never know!....So which are we now Fascist or Communism?  Is this still The Land Of The Free...is this YOUR America?
