If anybody needs a quick exhibit in why the government's anti-drug propaganda has become such a joke, you're in luck, because the Drug Czar's office continues to release some of the straight-up stupidest advertisements anyone has ever seen, and this is one of them: It's true that parkour (jumping off buildings) is A) hip, and B) not drugs.
