The Declaration of Independence States:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
What ARE Unalienable Rights?
Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition, page 1523. "One cannot sell, transfer or surrender unalienable rights."
The Third Amendment States:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The Government tries to trick you with the term Inalienable Rights (IE Patriot Act)
What then ARE Inalienable Rights?
Inalienable Rights: Rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights. Morrison v. State, Mo. App., 252 S.W.2d 97, 101.
The rights we bestow upon government are the Inalienable Rights that we all possess that can be transferred to other persons.(IE Elections)
To Assemble and Peacefully Redress The Government IS YOUR RIGHT! If you let the government tries to take our unalienable Rights WE ALL MUST TAKE ACTION!
